$20 a month or $200 a year??

This app is grossly overpriced. Maybe I would consider if it was more along the lines of $2-$4 a month but No Way!!

Awesome app!

Huge upgrade vs older version. Less bugs and the videos / overall UI is much better.

Great for Golf and Life

I have used Mike’s fit for golf system for a few years and have absolutely loved it. Paired with swing speed training it is outstanding for golfers of all ages.

My name is Jack Wolfe from the Colorado mountains. I am a 68 year old 16 index golfer aspiring to get to a single digit. I first heard of Fit For Golf on the Chasing Scratch podcast late last winter. I did not think I needed this type of exercise as I have a good cardiac/weight lifting routine. This spring my driver distances dropped off by approximately 10% from the previous year and after a soul searching (and yes, Youtube binging spree) late spring I concluded that I have been approaching my fitness for golf “casually” and needed to be more results focused. After rehabbing a sciatic nerve issue this summer, I started the Fit For Golf program and my driver distances have return to previous distances. Questions about the app I have sent to Fit For Golf have been returned by the founder, Mike. He truly wants you to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend the Fit For Golf app.

Great for fitness in general but especially golf

Mike really loves what he does, loves golf, loves helping golfers improve their health and fitness. The new app has already had multiple upgrades and tweaks, he actively seeks out feedback and uses it to improve the experience. If you want an easy to follow program with a lot of options, you can’t do any better than this.

The only thing this app doesn’t do for you is the work! If you’re willing to put in the work, your future self will thank you! And your golf scores will be trending before you know it.

Huge Upgrade

I’ve been a user for over 7 years now. The new app is much easier to use and customize than the old one. It’s really easy to pick your workouts to fit your level of effort and the equipment you have available.

Mike Carroll’s Fit for Golf program is the real deal for anyone looking to support a golf centric workout program. The content is clear and the programs are easy to follow. As with any program you get out what you put in. Consistent training, patience, and focus, in conjunction with following Mike’s instructions, are key to long term success. I highly recommend Fit for Golf.
