No good
Was a good app. But they didn’t pay one of their content providers. I used it for a couple years then it just didn’t work. I lost all my activity. Too bad was a good app at one time. Don’t waste your money.

App has not been responding for the past week
app is still very glitchy
Application is crashes when you try to open some exercises. For example: SkierFit program -> Week 2 -> Day 9 or Week 1 -> Day 5. Pleases fix them
First, I payed $64 for the app with my workout program - I expect a premium app experience and zero ads. I still receive ads to sign up for other workouts - not cool. Very happy with my workout program, but absolutely would not purchase this app again, nor recommend the app to anyone else. - latest update crashes when I try to run video tutorials The interface is glitchy and frustrating: - No horizontal mode on the iPad - irritating if using my iPad to follow the workouts. - When finishing a video tutorial of a workout it frequently serves up the wrong exercise when I click next - When I sign in it clearly tells me what workout I should do. I should be able to click on this to start the day’s workout. Nope. I click on it and it takes me to the opening page of my workout program and I have to manually navigate to the correct day. - No option to manually start/stop/reset workout timers - can be frustrating if I’m not able to begin exercise in the 5 second countdown - closing and reopening the app is very slow and frustrating to do mid workout
Not too much and not too little. Exactly what o was looking for. Feeling great and looking great thanks to this app. Love the tutorials also and the clock that helps with rest time and the 15 mins etc.
The app has a lot of potential but is very buggy. When you are doing a workout, if you minimize the app, to check a message for instance, it will reset you back to set 1 (even if you were on set 3). The app will also crash if your phone auto locks while you are doing an exercise. This is super frustrating because you can’t even jump back to set 3, you have to skip through ALL the exercises and rest timers just to get back to where you were. The workout tracking could also be improved too, right now you either enter a duration or rep amount (depending on the exercise) with a big note field. You can’t easily access the note field, so if you used weights or something it makes it hard to see what you actually did last time. I do like the tutorials, just to keep my form in check, and the UI is generally pretty sleek. The app gives you that simple feel without overwhelming you. — Project Calisthenics
I can’t believe this app won’t work without internet. Their are hundreds of exercise apps, that are not only free, but open and are accessible without internet. Even when this app does work it’s glitchy at best and has pretty bad lag time.
App is a little buggy with the videos failing to load at times.
The weakest part of the app - video playback. I had to skip a workout one day because the video wasn’t loading. I understand, that it was a server issue. A nice safeguard for that would be to be able to store videos locally in the app. Good job on quality workouts though!
