App is clunky

Juana1999 on

Not easy to go from one workout to the next

Canceling is impossible, it’s like a scam.

wolfticle543 on

It’s not letting me delete account or disable it and I get charged more than $200 every year.

Great App! — That needs just a few changes

I gave this app 4 stars, but honestly, it deserves 4.5! I just can’t give it a 5 due to a few minor issues I wish could be resolved. I follow the “Challenger Calisthenics - Beginner” program, and I love it! It’s concise, straightforward, it challenges you while leaving you room to push yourself to your own limit, as long as you are honest with yourself and push yourself to your maximum. I only have three minor things I wish could be fixed: 1. The app does not want you to leave. If I switch to a different app while in Fit!, it’ll refresh timers, so if I am 15min in to a 20min AMRAP and I switch over to skip a song or answer a text, my timer resets to 20, and at that point, I just turn on my own timer so I don’t wait through it. Which brings me to: 2. I understand the concept of AMRAP, but there should be a button to complete and move to the next exercise even if the timer is still running. If I accidentally paused and didn’t unpause a workout, or like I mentioned above, my timer resets, I am essentially trapped for 20minutes or I need to close the exercise. 3. Navigating through the app can be a bit confusing. There is a “favorites” section, but other than that, I still sometimes get lost when looking for exercises. Maybe that’s just me though! But those are just minor quality of life complaints, other than that, this is still a great app that I’d recommend!

Why I regret getting the app

wolfticle543 on

It won’t let me cancel the subscription, I keep getting charged, I’m trapped.

This app crashes as soon as I open it

CWoods1982 on

United States

I’ve already tried deleting it and reinstalling it several times. It won’t even load up to the log-in screen. It’s really disappointing that I can’t use an app which I paid for lifetime access 🙃

App Won’t Open

This app won’t open for me after the last ios update

App connectivity issues

Mazman12 on

United States

When I first paired the watch to to my iPhone 13 the watch would say it wasn’t connected to my Bluetooth when I was trying the weather feature on the watch. Also half the features wouldn’t work well at all. I rebooted my phone with no positive results. Upon deleting the app and reinstalling it proved to be the problem solving solution.

Utterly disappointing

blowfishandthehooty on

I purchased the app thinking it would contain logically organized workout programs designed around their home gym equipment. Instead, it’s a highly disorganized collection of videos that you would have to spend a month piecing together into a sensible program. It appears that most of the programs they do have designed are not related to their home gym at all. Attempting to access the workouts through a web browser on a computer is an error-ridden center of chaos. Poor UX design. Underwhelming pairing to their otherwise great equipment. So disappointed.

Purchased workouts locked behind paywall

DCraig568 on

United States

So I actually purchased a workout from their website and the app was my way to access it. Now that they have gone to a subscription service, they won’t give me access to the one I have already purchased! There should be a way to access what I have already licensed. If I click restore purchases, it just tells me I have no subscription.

Sneaky auto payment app

It’s impossible to find where to cancel this auto payment app.
