Can definitely see a difference.
Fifty and getting fit
I am on day 14 and I feel great! I am over 200lbs and turned 50 this year. The workouts are quick and after doing 7 days in a row, I was significantly more flexible. I love the additional stretches available and I am hoping that there are more workouts after day 28! I don’t know how I can across this app, but I am so glad! One the way to better strength and fitness.

I just completed my first session, and I can feel my muscles pumping already 💗

I battle fatigue, depression, zero motivation. I’m also a busy working mom with zero time for myself. This helped me get up and DO something. I always tell myself I’ll start working out and never do. This was a 15 minute workout that started easy and then pushed me to finish. This was Day 1 and I feel great after my first workout.

Only app I’ve ever used where I see benefits. I also enjoy you can log your water and calorie intake. The extra work outs available are an added bonus as well!
Can’t Cancel
I have been unable to reach support to cancel my subscription. I have now emailed twice and have heard nothing back. This app is horrible for stealing money by making it impossible to cancel subscription.

I admit I am not even as consistent as I should be with the program and the results are STILL showing!
Scammy
Fells super scammy especially after reading reviews. Got suckered into buying personal plan for $15 then couldn’t access the plan unless you paid another membership fee. No thanks. Read impossible to cancel and won’t go there.
