Scam?
It just doesn’t work - at least not for weight. The info button says I have to turn on weight in the Health app but there it doesn’t give me the option: only Steps is available. And there is no way to contact support. I asked my money back.
Yes, Sync Solver is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Don’t think this app is maintained anymore. The app says my data is read from Fitbit and syncing but when I log into the Apple Health app the data has has been transferred over.
It was highly rated and looked like it did what I needed it to do so I purchased it, downloaded it and now I get nothing but errors. I tap the link that is supposed to provide app support and that errors out too.
I have used this app for almost a decade now, and now that google decided to buy out Fitbit and require us all to use a google account, I can no longer sync my scale with sync solver. Please help as this app has really been helpful fiver the last couple of years.
This is $60 to only sync steps, and not even correctly. Rip off, Apple does not allow any other data to be written (heart rate, workouts etc). Maybe it worked at one time but it does not in 2024
Does not do any kind of validation and there is no configuration. You can create a huge mess with this app, if you are not careful. I replaced my Fitbit scale 4 years ago and have been using a health-connected scale. I wanted that historical Fitbit data so I tried to use this. Even though I have not logged into Fitbit for 4 years, this app recorded the last 2019 weigh in FOUR TIMES EVERY DAY. I cannot find a way to clean this mess up, inter than to manually delete thousands of data points, one at a time. There is no “undo” There is no way to control the start and end dates There is no validation or sanity checking (e.g recording only once per day, or displaying a warning if it’s adding 4 entries with a 20 pound variance from existing values from the same day) There is only an expensive subscription and YOLO
It’s about 200 step off in both directions sometimes as much as 1000 steps different from my Fitbit, waist of $4.99
My Fitbit steps get synced with Apple Health but then the steps don’t get synced to Withings Health App. Just the steps Apple health counts.
Is this still actively supported and developed? Wondering when sleep analysis stages (REM, Deep, Light, Restless) and RHR (resting heart rate) will be synced? I’m seeing other apps doing this and I’d rather not go seek a new app, I’ve been a SyncSolver user for years. Please update!
Only question is how far back does it sync? It seems like it only synced my steps going back to 2021 whereas I have Fitbit data going back to like 2014.
