Absolutely useless all. Their “lessons” is some monotone guy talking about the benefits of mindfulness and the like; but he does not actually teach you these methods! He just keeps talking about how great they are with no actual lesson plan behind it. Complete waste of money and any of the positive reviews on here are clearly bots!
I get very anxious when I go through major life events, this app is one of the few things that help me get through those periods of life

The app also includes helpful reminders and tracking features, to keep me motivated and on track with my meditation practice. Overall, I have found the FitMind meditation app to be an invaluable tool in my journey to improve my mental well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn how to meditate, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve their overall well-being

A Fit Mind is the foundation for success in all aspects of life. I’m now 62 and wish I came across this earlier, but that’s ok! Do the 7 day trial and change your life.
I’ve tried Headspace, Calm, Balance, Insight Timer and more. This app has been my favourite by far. I love the interface and the way the apps are organized, with different types of meditations grouped together and numbered so you can do them daily and see how far you’ve come. The BEST aspect of the app though has to be lessons included with each meditation, having someone explain in simple scientific terms what works about meditation and why it helps us improve our brain is essential to keeping it up as a habit to me. I usually fall off the wagon with meditation once in a while, but these explanations keep my interest and remind why I am meditating every day!
Wayyy too expensive for the average person
This app is forever helpful, and keeps it realistic and interesting with neuroscience and podcast. I have tried another app since and always fall back the the actual names of things instead of catchy self help titles which this app provides. Thank for your help Liam.
