The narrator is terrible and the trainings are not so good (compares to other apps or books).

I really enjoy this app. It provides a practice exercise followed by a lesson on why. It helps me understand the big picture and gives me both physical (I feel good after the practice) and intellectual ( I understand why it feels good) motivation to continue.

If you can stick with it, you can see real change. A wonderful program that does legitimately feel like a brain workout.

Great way to stay on track and incrementally work on meditation so the task doesn’t feel as daunting. Well organized well explained lessons. Only thing it doesn’t do is meditate for you. Sorry I guess you gotta show up for yourself.

The app sent me a push notification that started out when some interesting “did you know” content. Upon tapping on it, the app opens, but no associated content was shown. And the Push was also gone.

This is a wonderful app and methodology that is helping me sort of clean out cobwebs in my mind. Don’t let anything you read about it intimidate you: it features an easy to do, well laid out program. This is the first time meditation hasn’t felt like hard labor to me! A while ago, I reached out to the developers for help. I’m very grateful for their kindness and understanding. I was lucky to find a great app created by good people.

I am a real person in Cleveland, Georgia. I am a busy mom, grandmother of five, small business owner, and a wife. Not to mention that I have a garden where I grow vegetables and a crazy dog is a best friend and 9 acres. And on my 9 acres is where I find a spot to hide from the chaos and listen to this app. I don’t give out reviews for those that simply do their job. That is expected from consumers like us. But when this company went above and beyond for me, it was my obligation to let you all know. I refer back to this app after completing all the training probably every other day. I can only begin to tell you how much it has helped me juggle my life. this app is worth every penny. I give kudos to those who created it and offer. Excellent customer service. I truly thank you.

I am only on day 8 but I am really connecting with this meditation and methods. I have tried many other programs but this one works for me.

Can you add a lifetime option for those who want to refer back? Make it reasonable please
