they only give u 3 days free trial and then u have to pay..
I can't even do a workout without it asking for premium and that much every week is stupid. Stop using money so we can look better
good app, just ALWAYS makes u pay for it.
This app is awesome! I liked that I was able to track almost everything; from water consumption to steps, to calories intaken and burnt, to even weight tracking weight progress. I also liked that there are just so many different workout options on here, it's soo diverse! From the public to even personalized workouts, they were awesome. My favorite thing by far though, were the meal plans. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options on here looked really good and they were also healthy and stum so that's good. I also like the daily goals I'm able to set for myself on here. I don't like the short amount of free time I get on here but I still think this is a great app. Very easy to use. I'd recommend that you guys give more free time. Other than all of that, 5 stars!
Overall this workout app is well designed and is perfect for an experienced and already been working out prior to this app type of person. The daily workout’s recommended for your wants and needs already start at a level of flexibility some people (including me) are not at yet. This is not something I was expecting or thought I would have had to worry about downloading this app after reading multiple reviews and not seeing any downsides to this app. Besides the intensity level the app starts at when you first join the app, the app is well crafted and very organized. I did enjoy that during the workouts you have the ability to pause, fast backward, fast forward if you are unable to complete that portion of the workout or have finished that portion of the workout. I also enjoy that the app had a weekly recap of the workouts you have completed, that there are daily challenges, and healthy food ideas/options to try to improve not only your physical activity levels but your health intake when it comes to what you consume on the daily. I didn’t like how the app in certain areas of the workout, over exerted me in the first 4 days of using the app and that if you skip 1 day for a resting day it restarts the whole fitness training calendar, going back to day 1. All though the physical activity levels differ from person to person this is just a personal experience I am experiencing with the app. The app as a whole is very easy to use and easy to find exactly what you need to focus on that day, and I love how everything is labeled towards the bottom of the screen. For the owners and creators of the app, I love the production and the layout but I think to get a better understanding of what each person needs out of this app you need to ask more in depth questions to truly understand the wants and needs the customer wants to gain from this experience. I will be recommending this app to others but will be giving them the pros and cons just like I did in this review! Thank you all for reading and I hope you found this helpful to better your workout experience!!!
