I’m losing weight day by day it’s awesome. When I was in 3rd grade I was body shamed and bullied because of the way I looked. I was traumatized since I was a kid and now I’m insecure about my weight and this app helps me so much with my weight loss and feel a little better about myself. Hope people can give this a chance and see how much it could help them to whatever problem there going through and they ask about your mental health and see how your day. This is a really good app got a 6 pack in 60 days and had thunder thighs so so I was got buff

Suggestion

Great app! Amazing workouts, great meals. But just for the future have people put in what allergies they have so that you don’t suggest meals that they are allergic to. Just a suggestion!
