this app needs the ability to tap into the gyms so we can ditch the physical card , also let us see our payments so we can track it.

I cannot log in to this app at all. I can log in to the browser using. The same credentials but I just can’t log in to the app.

The option to send feedback within the app returns an error message and doesn’t work, which is a bad sign. Please add instructor names to the class timetable listings on the app. Many people prefer some instructors and don't like others, so who is teaching a class can influence the decision whether to attend or not, and the details change from week to week if an instructor is sick or on holiday etc. The alternative is to call the club and ask a staff member, which is a waste of time for both staff and members.

Please add information of the clases and what to bring there is no description of the activities (for a newbie like me).

Does not track visitation, does not give me membership details or any other self serve options such as changing DD details. Everything needs to be done manually which is quite rare for a fitness centre this big. Coming from Anytime fitness their apps are far more functional than this

The app does the bare minimum for most things. What would make it a lot more appealing is if they were to description for the different classes.

I downloaded new app but they said the account is unlocked! Wasted my time 😣😔😔

Will not let me get past the homepage.
