With the official Fitness First app, members can:
- See timetables and club locations in your area and across Australia. Add your favourite clubs to see upcoming classes and get directions to any club.
- Add classes to your calendar to receive timely reminders so that you never miss a class.
- Access booking links for bookable classes such as Reformer Pilates. (Please note: Access to book classes is only available for Platinum Plus and higher tier memberships)
- View available personal trainers and their skill set.
- Put your membership on time freeze (Please note: You can freeze your membership up to a maximum of 4 weeks each calendar year at a cost of $5 per week. If you are within minimum term, Time Freeze is not classified as a full payment toward your minimum agreement period.)
- Easily generate and share your personal referral link

Freeze
You can no longer freeze your membership via the website and you must do it via the app… which doesn’t work. When attempting to freeze the membership you get an error saying you don’t have freeze days available (even though you do).
Nothing in App
I have downloaded the app because I need to freeze my membership but when I log in, there is nothing just my name and email address and log out. No option to see membership or anything. Just useless

Limited options besides showing club locations. Doesn’t have the features advertised

This app doesn’t work at all. Trying to freeze my account and it doesn’t let me choose a start date and an end date properly. Poor performance
Improve personal calendar and allow sharing
Lots of misses with this bare minimum app - but would like to see a feature where I could schedule classes and then see a calendar summary rather than toggling days; plus add ability to connect with other members and share.

Hey, just a shout out of thanks for adding the Instructor name on classes now. Small changes can make big difference.
Not a useful app
Why does this app require sign in, when none of your personal details are available? Why am I constantly auto logged out? Would be great if you could track your history, gym and class attendance. Also, it makes no sense that there are no class details in the schedule. Why can’t you list the instructor (as others have said, this can be a deciding factor in attending the class). It would also be a great opportunity to let clients know when an instructor is away. A description of the class would be great too - why do I have to go the website to find out was a class is, or if equipment is required. For such a big chain - this app is seriously undeveloped and under serviced.

this app needs the ability to tap into the gyms so we can ditch the physical card , also let us see our payments so we can track it.
Worst app ever
I cannot log in to this app at all. I can log in to the browser using. The same credentials but I just can’t log in to the app.
