As a personal trainer many of my clients come to me with injuries or issues from previous gyms or activities. It’s always a challenge to “fix” any issues as fast as the client would like which is why Lauren’s App is so critical to the overall program I design for my clients. The isometric, resistance and additional strength training videos work hand in hand with the work I can do in the gym with machines and extra weights. I give my clients suggestions on different videos so that the work we do in the gym is enhanced and keeps us on track to continue to make progress! I personally do these videos every day which has been incredible for my own personal development and strength. I was introduced to Lauren and her muscle strengthening approach to fitness in December 2018. I suffered with regular crippling lower back strain for 30 years following an injury aged 19. No more!!! Having this wonderful app gives me access to Lauren’s meticulously crafted workouts anytime I want to care for my body with specific, intentional movement. I can step onto the mat feeling blah and sore from all the sitting I do in my job and after even just a short workout I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I take Lauren with me when I travel via the FIS TV App since there’s plenty of prop/equipment free workout options on there. As a former college athlete who was used to doing whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and however I wanted when it came to my physical workouts, I finally hit a wall in my late 30’s. After enduring a lot of trauma and stress, and finally having a major hip surgery, I found myself not able to do ANYTHING physical related. As a PE teacher, this was not only a problem in my profession, but also in my daily living. I couldn’t do the things I love, and I couldn’t sleep or even ride in a car. I tried everything- personal trainers, PT, massage therapy, chiropractor, injections, ect. NOTHING worked and I found myself in the darkest depression after 2 years of not being able to workout. And then I met Lauren. She has not only helped my physical body, she has helped me to gain new knowledge about caring for my body and helping me to age beautifully and gracefully. I thank God everyday for leading me to Lauren. She is not only knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does, but she is genuine and her ability to relate to her clients sets her above the rest. She truly cares and wants to help people. I am not a morning person, but over the last few months, it’s easy to set my alarm to wake up and start my day with Laurens workouts on the app. It literally has transformed my life and has helped me regain not only strength, but confidence in myself as well. I’ve tried all the fitness apps (I see you Peloton and Beach Body!). This is the only app I’ve been able to “stick with it.” My body feels better after working out w Lauren. And the results are in my injury-free tennis game, loose clothing and better posture all day long. It feels like I’ve grown two inches taller! And if you sit all day, you will looooove the many anti-sitting offerings.
Awesome teacher - 5 stars!! Hands down the best thing I've ever done in my life!! It has Changed my life for good + 1 am actually learning and doing the right things for my body after injuring myself with nonsense workouts out there. FIS TV is truly exceptional, and it has completely transformed my fitness routine and overall wellbeing. Lauren Eirk’s focus is building strength, increasing flexibility, and reducing pain. She brings knowledge, positivity and guidance to every movement. Since starting these workouts over a year ago, I have experienced a remarkable improvement in my physical health. Before I started I was in chronic pain —in my hips and knees, and had trouble walking short distances without my lower back starting to ache. Now, I no longer need cortisone injections, dry needling, or massages to manage my pain. The first year I used the app, I could find exercises every day to address the pain and weakness I was experiencing. I am now in my second year using this app, and am stronger and in much less pain. I wake up and my mornings are no longer an ordeal. I am now able to follow the Seven Day Fitness plan, a full body plan with a recommended exercise for every day of the week. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall wellbeing.
I’m crazy about this app and Lauren! They have both been a life saver to me. When I first met Lauren I was in severe pain and literally in tears . I had been told the week before that I needed to have low back surgery asap as well as a very invasive neck surgery. I was ready because I was slowly losing my ability to walk more than a 2000 steps a day . I had always been very active so this was devastating to me. I was desperate to do anything to feel better and if that meant surgery well than so be it . I went ahead with my appointment with Lauren anyway and I’m so grateful I did . Lauren listened and offered suggestions all the while being compassionate and empathetic. She explained to me how to use the app and sent the video numbers she recommended . I stated immediately and I haven’t looked back . I have used many fitness apps in the past but Lauren’s is different. There is something for everyone and any issue you may be having . I can’t say enough about Lauren for her dedication and knowledge . Thanks to her guidance and this app I was able to avoid having major surgery and able to get my physical strength back. I was in pain 24/7 and I’m not anymore . She truly cares about her clients and is committed to helping them achieve their goals . I highly recommend this app and Lauren if you are in any type of pain or loss of function or if you are healthy and just want a good workout program. Both will change your life . I have done a lot of programs. I have reached the point where I was getting burnt out, or getting sore from workouts. Lauren is amazing and her knowledge of our bodies is incredible. I would highly encourage her program
