Fitness Passport MyFP

I am a family member on the passport. To use it each time I need 2 factor authentication which goes to my husband’s phone so I have to hope he is available to verify it so I can actually log in and use my own account.

Have my own card but linked to the main member so can’t use any facility on my own as main member gets the authentication code. Ridiculously clumsy app and the 2FA is just not fit for purpose. The card was much easier to use

A few times now it’s asking to update at 5.30am at gym reception. It’s a pain and time consuming. Need a better way.

This app is not very accessible for blind people who are using the voiceover screen reader on the iphone. Please make this app accessible for voiceover users as well.

Looking for participating gyms etc using the map is very poor. Tried “list view” & presented with places nowhere near my postcode. Keep inputting my postcode & it seems to ignore. Using map manually is difficult on phone.

The login process to access the gym is tedious! A 2 factor authentication using email every time I want to go to the gym. Give me a membership card any day over this!

Every time I’ve used this app it’s logged me out and demands two factor authentication to let me back in. Extremely tedious and frustrating. It’s easier just paying for entry at the gym than wasting your time with this app. Whoever your developer is, fire them!

Since the change in the app to being required to sign in rather than using a physical card, you need your phone with you. As convenient as this may seem, it’s not ideal having to leave your phone by the side of a pool when swimming. Creating an Apple Watch app for this would solve this issue and be more secure than needing the phone around. Not a fan of the constant printing for location access in the app. It should be able to be dismissed permanently and only enabled again if you want to use the gym finding feature. If you know your regular gym or pool, the location isn’t needed.

Would be great if you could filter by “access card required” Can only filter by one item. Needs to be able to re-centre the map to my location. Few simple things to make it a lot better.
