We integrate the Health Kit so we can display the steps within our app. We also calculate the approximate calories burned from walking which then we display users the approximate amount on how many calories they have burned.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in App Store after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

How to create an account?
I purchased lifetime access and now it wants me to pay again
I have emailed support with my receipt and asked for my account to be restored. No one has replied. Feels like a scam.
Not personalized
When it said 30+ personalized workouts i thought it would actually be personalized. It asks for weight and goals and what you want to work on and then you have to make a custom workout yourself? Or the premade ones for everyone (not personalized) are only 10 minutes long. When you select whether you want gym or home workouts it doesn’t change the exercises. I would prefer an actual personalized workout DAILY and for the app to adjust according to the feedback from each workout. I’m already very busy, i would like to be able follow the workout and not have to calculate my own movements. That’s what trainers do, alongside showing proper positions for executing movements. I have the lifetime subscription so there’s no cancellation, I just hope it gets better 💜
No use if charged each category
I had made the payment for the app so I can continue workouts but then its just to get the app? I tried looking at the workouts, it then asked to pay more in order to do the workouts provided there. Its just charging for more, so I do not find this useful but a waste of money 🤦♀️
Worst App Ever - not even 1 star
Unable to see demonstration of workouts. When you click on a muscle group, it redirects you to advertisement. Including the plan you’re currently on. No “back” option. You need to exit app to view another tab. Worst $10 ever spent. Such a shame because the ads on Instagram make you think it’s a great tool . Lies!!!!!!!

10/4/2024 I was having issues. But app is working great again. Thank you for fixing the issue. I really do enjoy this app. And ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT.
Issue with apple watch
Dear Developer, Based on the screenshots and descriptions provided, it was indicated that the app supports Apple Watch. However, I am unable to access the exercises on my Apple Watch as expected. Due to this issue, I have decided to cancel my subscription. I would appreciate it if you could process a refund for my purchase. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
