INTEGRATION WITH HEALTH APP

Fitplan Technologies, Inc. integrates with Apple’s Health app to track the following PHR (Personal Health Record) Data; duration, steps taken, calories and distance, and exercise type. Fitplan and Health app connection can be turned on and off in “Sources” section of Health app and by default is off.

App is no longer working

The app was working well when I got it 2 months ago . For the past 1 month , I have not been able to start on any workout plan via the app . When I click on start workout / Download workouts nothing happens. I have gotten in touch with the fit app people via e mail but yet to get a response. Not sure if any other users are experiencing the same thing ?

Would be nice to have a “favourite” feature to save workout plans, especially the single ones!

Amazing

This app helps me so much & it’s so easy to follow , whether at home or the gym , there’s plenty of plans and guides that can cater to your needs & also what do you want to achieve. Trying out workouts from different Athletes makes it more fun Too! I can’t live without this app
