FIXD OBD2 Scanner

The app works fine. It shows you the codes and even a little video about the code. That can be helpful. The app store shows a monthly sub, or yearly sub. However, the app will only show yearly sub-option for Fixed premium. No other link or page gives the monthly option at all.

Only subscribe through Apple! Don't give this company your credit card number! This is mainly for thier shady billing practices. I bought the scanner dongle through thier website, then did a monthly subscription through the App Store to use thier service. When I bought the dongle they got my card number for paying for dongle and charged me later for a full years subscription for $100. I guess there is some fine print that shows they will charge your card for a subscription within a certain period, but it's really scammy the way they do it without being upfront about it. Just last week I received a notification from the app on my phone, and thinking it was something related to a scan of my car, I opened the app and saw no issues. Later that day they charged my card for a $49 subscription. I did not subscribe to anything, so apparently they pushed notifications to people's phones that would trigger a subscription if opened. In regards to the app itself it provides a very low level of diagnostics, that does not go into depth. Won't be using it anymore due the subscription nonsense.

Canceled before the subscription was over, we still charged, then canceled, refunded, then one year later was billed again. Customer service was very rude over the phone. How is this company in business? HORRIBLE service all around.

Bought two, neither worked. Could find NO help on their web site, or way to return. Would rate 0 but website would not let me.

The sensor was really helpful in the beginning but now it’s not even connecting to the app. It does have the blue light upon connecting to the car but doesn’t show up in the app. Anyone has a solution??? Please post it

This company is unethical. They will agree to cancel the service but refuse to refund the subscription fee (paid the day prior to cancellation). Subscribe at your own risk.
