An absolute Scam

This is the worse website ever. I placed an order more than 2 months ago. I haven’t received the item yet and the charged me the full amount. I have been emailing them and asking them for a refund no one is getting back to me. It’s an absolute Scam.

Be careful! asked for inappropriate documents!

I made a purchase on the app that went through on my bank (US) A day later my transaction was cancelled. Now my account is blocked and I can’t place an order. Their customer service told me to unblock my account I have to email a copy of my ID, proof of address and my credit card to a 3rd party email address. No one is answering the phone on their customer service. This is super fishy for the Fraser group. Very disappointed.
