Non functional app

Cannot sign in. Cannot filter search by brand. Cannot view in my currency. Literally the worst retailer app I’ve used.

Cannot sign in

Horrible experience. The app won’t sign me in. It’s stuck on sign in screen after showing a spinner for a few seconds. The same password works fine on the web.

Nice new app

Enjoy using this app, sometimes slow but overall great!

Seriously bad

I don’t understand how an app can be so bad, especially for a good store like Harrods. It’s not like they needed to reinvent the wheel there are so many good shopping apps out there. They have lost out on so many sales because of their app. Their website is also very bad, but the app is unusable.

Just the website

Lazy app that isn’t worth bothering with. It is literally just the website crammed in a web view in an app.

Stupid app and crazily slow connection

The app is not designed on par with any other online shopping apps: it’s basically a webpage that loads super slowly. Even you turn your location on, the app will always show UK currency and you have to manually change it. Loading something and browsing for the item you want is nearly impossible. Why bother? Just ditch the app and stick with your website and admit that Harrods doesn’t know what’s online shopping at all? It’s bloody embarrassing to say the least. People who developed this app should be fired.

App wont sign in

Whenever i go to sign in it says try again later. I used my same credentials on the website and it works. You can’t even register on the app smh.

Frustrating to use

I’m from the USA. Whenever I open the app, I have to change my country of origin and I need to sign in. I wish it kept you signed in and kept your preferences like country of origin. The Saks app does this as does the Selfridges app. Once you go through that (every time), then the app is great.

No ‘back’ button when browsing items

When browsing and I click an item, there’s no ‘back’ button so I have to go to the main menu again and find the page I was browsing once again. Super annoying.

NO GAMES

I was in the Harrods app in the menu I saw games it came up with Peter Rabbit and then as soon as I was about to press play The game shut and I was in my home screen but Everything else and shopping was very nice and I could shop as much as I wanted to shop but it is a good app. It also takes a long time to download. This was on an iPhone 6s
