FlashPass and team are very supportive and easy to use. Nice to be able to process directly from your phone or iPad. Saves info for future uses. Great App!!

I just used FlightPass for a trip from Santa Ana (SNA) to Mexicali, and then from Cabo San Lucas airport to Calexico. The filing process was very easy, especially when I had to make drastic changes to our return flight. All filling was done on an iPhone. To change the return flight departure airport, date, and departure and arrival times took about one minute on my iPhone. I highly recommend FlashPass for international flights.

We have used Flightplan.com for years, they got really expensive. A pilot friend of ours told us about Flash Pass. We used it for the first time going to internationally over Thanksgiving. It worked great and the customer service is amazing. The owner is available pretty much anytime for questions. The tutorials are very clear, concise and short. I would highly recommend this app.

This App is essential to have ,even if you only do 1 trip a year, it's worth the price! It's so easy to use, and makes a pilots life so much easier when dealing with the paperwork of international flights! I can't say enough about this product. I fly part 91 professionally and have been using it now for my trips for over 2 years and absolutely love it. The first thing I tell my pilot friends to do when they ask me advice on flying into Mexico; 'get Flashpass'. Customer service is literally above and beyond anything I've ever experienced with a product like this. When I had questions, the developer litterly contacted me himself and took all the time I needed to help with any and all questions I had. I normally don't write reviews. In fact this is my first ever. I have no affiliation with Flasspass except to say I use it...and am happy enough with it I actually felt this was a product worth taking the time to write a review. It's a game changer.

As a pilot, managing the submission of eAPIS manifests can be quite a hassle. FlashPass has completely revolutionized this process for me! The app is incredibly user-friendly and allows me to submit manifests in under 30 seconds. The integration with my device's camera to scan passports is a game-changer, reducing the risk of data entry errors. One of my favorite features is the ability to save previously entered data, which speeds up future submissions. The comprehensive tracking system for document expiration dates and statuses is extremely helpful. The notification system is another great feature, reminding me to call customs before departure. Knowing that FlashPass is certified by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection gives me peace of mind that I'm always in compliance. Moreover, the customer service is outstanding! The owner personally reached out to me and took the time to walk me through the process, making sure I fully understood how to use the app effectively. This level of support and dedication is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, FlashPass has made the process of managing manifests so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend it to all pilots!

Did two international trips this year. One without FlashPass and one with FlashPass. What a difference! Worth every penny! Very good customer service. Takes all the fear out of flying internationally. Automatically fills out all the forms you need for each country… Highly recommend!

Great app with personal support. We use it on a recent Bahamas trip and will keep using it.

This app makes border crossing easy. I wouldn’t try it without it. On top of the great functionality, the support is excellent. Beyond supporting the app itself, they’ve even been able to help me with border crossing process questions.

This app is a must have if you're flying with your aircraft into the United States. It made the whole customs manifest filing super easy and great after service. It takes care of everything. It saves all the info and no for tedious re-entries. Very recommended!!
