All aircraft flying across any U.S. border & Mexico are required to file an eAPIS manifest (Electronic Advance Passenger Information System).
eApis requires the pilot to send an electronic manifest to CBP (Customs and Border Protection). This manifest should include flight, passenger and crew information and should be submitted on any flight arriving or departing the US and Mexico.
Starting with release 2 also supports Mexico Apis submissions (see our website for details).
FlashPass is designed to make the process of compliance efficient, quick and friendly.
Using a simple and easy to use design, FlashPass is the best way to submit a manifest and make flying bureaucracy a non-issue.
FlashPass also has a web app (cloud) that shares the same data with your iOS devices, thus allowing you to choose the best tool for the job at any given moment.

Worked Perfectly into Mexico
I used this for the first time since Mexico started requiring their own APIS. It works flawlessly. Both my US eAPIS and my Mexican one went through without a hitch. Support is absolutely fantastic. Art, the developer, called me and spoke me through everything during initial setup and initial filing. I highly highly recommend this App.
Fantastic way to make the impossible possible
I’m lucky enough to fly in Canada, the US and Mexico. Normally, crossing the border as a private pilot is a brutal exercise in paperwork and is sometime a gamble depending on the protocol at the arrival airport. FlashPass takes all the guess work out of the process and makes the process if not easy, then at least manageable. Love this software. Also, the customer support is world class all all times of the day.
Great support and product
After not traveling international for a little bit, I fired my FlashPass back up and renewed my subscription. Online support was able to fix my login in and get back in to the system within a few minutes. Once renewed and ready to go, Art reached out and helped me fix a few errors with my aircraft setup over the phone. This is a fast and easy system for doing your own eAPIS. As a pilot and aircraft manager, I appreciate systems like this that help me out. (And keep me from having pay for high dollar handlers when I really don’t need them)
Customer service
FlashPass is by far the simplest tool to complete your CBP notifications (Aepis) in both the USA and Mexico. Aside from a great application Arturo provides exceptional customer service. The man must not sleep because he will call back and answer an email within minutes, at all times of day and night. If its your first time crossing the border or you fly back forth daily; this app is better than any other, for customs and immigration. The customer service is refreshing!
KMYF to MMSL
I downloaded the FlashPass app and was immediately contacted by their support personnel. Throughout the process of creating the US and Mexican APIS, Art has always been available and even proactive and supporting me on my first time flying to Mexico. As soon as I filed, all the documents were created, and I was given receipts by email, which I then forwarded on to the FBO and Cabo. Super easy and super professional!
Excellent Customer Service
I operate an FBO and manage several corporate aircraft on the US-Mexico border. We were using another program for EAPIS that got bought out by a large corporation resulting in higher fees and less effective customer support. FlashPass to the rescue! Filing made super simple!
If you even think about flying outside of the country, this app is a must! Easy! I was on a call on Saturdays virtual coffee and doughnuts with the CBP and they even talked extremely highly of the app and Art.

I am an experienced pilot, but I have not flown international under part 91 until recently. (part 135 and 121 with dispatch help previously) You will find Customs procedures in the US to be somewhat user unfriendly and the process can vary from location to location. The eAPIS function on the app is worth many times the cost. The first time I used it with the free trial, I immediately signed up for the year. And there are other important features in the APP. Too many to describe here, but there are lists of Authorized US airports with phone numbers you can click on to make the required phone calls to customs to advise them of schedule changes, etc. This one feature is worth the cost. Anyway, sign up for the free month and find out for yourself. It’s really great They provide useful video and audio instruction. Also, you will find their customer service to be exceptional. MR
