FLEX Carsharing

Obligé de déposer la voiture au même endroit, pas très Flex-ible. Et l'appli force à utiliser Apple Maps, n'importe quoi !

As a company that offer cars for travelers. Your licence validators should be on active 24/7. Arriving and expecting your services only to be told by the customer service “we can’t do anything’s and it’s the headquarters responsible”. As customer service there is a reason to why we reach you first. Very disappointed because it is not the first time.

Flex took 925 euros from my visa card one fine morning; they said I scratched the van during my ride. This is not possible as the picture of the scratch they sent is on the front of the van and I didnt do it. They wont share any dashcam footage or parking lot footage; they ignore emails requesting justifications. The damage was reported 48 hours after my ride and the flex parking is right next to the train station where anyone could scratch into it with a bike or moped or electric scooter or anything !!!! You cannot call them because they ask you to go through email where they ghost you promptly or send robot emails citing articles. Please dont fall for this and dont add your card to this awful app, they just charge you how they wish with no customer service to talk to!!! Update:: I got my refund after a week, I would recommend to all who use this app to use a revolut card or some card which you can freeze after each transaction; so that your money doesnt disappear one fine morning.

Flex zockt den leuten das geld ab man muss bezahlen ophwohl du garnichts gemacht hast, kratzer, delle, auch im innenraum flex ist überhaupt nicht organisiert man möchte anrufen es geht keiner ran und wenn einer ran geht dann sind die fresh und haben kein bock zu arbeiten IHR HURENSÖHNE FICKT EURE MÜTTER

I had a validation issue. They were not reactive, so had to use another car sharing option.

Great experience- Very convenient and well maintained cars! The car gets unlocked only 5minutes prior to the booking. And in case trip ends early- remember to cancel the trip in the app - Otherwise car won’t get locked with key card procedures.

Since the update the app is working. Nice design
