Bad service
Rented a vehicle for urgent errands. Arrived and the vehicle would not start because of some maintenance issue. Called their customer support and waited on the phone over 30 minutes. Eventually hung up because nobody answered.

1. choose between different types of vehicles at numerous FLEX stations throughout Luxembourg.
2. you will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking.
3. use FLEX anywhere in Luxembourg and enjoy unlimited service!
4. when your trip is over, simply return the vehicle to the booked station before the end of your reservation and end your trip in the FLEX app. The charges will be calculated automatically.
Pay only for the time booked and per kilometers driven. FLEX takes care of everything involved: service, insurance and fuel.

Service d’aide “déplorable”
J’ai essayer de vous joindre pendant 3h au téléphone, et j’ai été redirigé tout le matin de service en service et régulièrement on mettais fin à mon appel quand j’arrivais enfin à avoir quelqu’un. Je regrette mais je ne connais rien de plus déplorable que ce service téléphonique…
