Flexcil Note & Good PDF Reader

The app is overall good but the fountain pen which is included in the premium does nothing extra than a normal pen tool. When two windows of Flexcil are opened the app gets reset to default settings and I have to manually adjust it again, happened more than 20 times in a month and a half. Lack of integration of AI and Apple tools like Refine Handwriting, etc in the app. Would love to see those in the app coz after upgrading to premium, I don’t think I get the features that make it worth the penny so please improve.

Love this app - makes reading, highlighting, taking notes so much more effective. I can read a book and take detailed notes in a notebook which is great but the ability to link to each other is absolutely wonderful. That’s the problem with most note-taking and PDF annotating apps — retrieving the information is cumbersome, making connections is impossible. Flexcil solves both of these problems. I am reading Dostoevsky and have been able to take notes and really keep track of all the moments in the book which is absolutely impossible with Kindle’s basic annotating function. I have used Liquid Text too and that has its own strengths but where Flexcil shines it’s that it makes the process more intuitive and a pleasure to use. Flexcil has now become my go-to app when it comes to annotating and reading PDFs of things I actually want to remember and learn.

Thank you guys for making the app appropriate for referencing. I was wondering about text highlighting thing, in gesture mode, text can be highlighted with colors using pop up pallet editor which has preset colors. How to edit highlighter presets. When I use red the opacity of it is set to 100% and I can’t use it. when I customize by selecting color pallet editing, it stays in the recent used one and doesn’t get saved, goes away next time I use the preset color. Next, I have highlighted the text using one color then how do I change its color? Or edit it? I didn’t understand the purpose of lasso, in a pdf it is not selecting anything! Is this a bug or am using it wrong way? When I press pen in Apple Pencil pro, I want gesture mode to be included in the pop up pallet. Another thing, can you give infinite canvas, dragging and dropping of paragraphs into pop up viewer, they are not fitting into page size limits. Also, there is no Freeform text box resizing of dragged and dropped thing. Would love to see this next time. Whenever we drag and drop the default size is bigger and kind of seems odd. Can you make it smaller. Can you give a functionality of inking from main window to pop window, similar to liquid text, which will become a link. Useful and will make your app really the best app. If you can provide me with above functionalities I will never look another app…period. Right now for referencing and mapping I use liquid text. Can someone call me to discuss further. I really love to see this app shine. I need them!!! Urgent

Hello, I’m using FLEXCIL since past 6 years. This app helped me very much during my medical school journey. I’m requesting you to add auto text recognition feature even for JPG format or photos. Thanks in advance.

After previous update I synced with google drive and it deleted whole data from Flexcil as well as from drive. I tried syncing in other device but same. Terrible update, please do check app functioning before releasing updates . Many people are facing same issue.

I am a premium user, please allow multiple files to upload all at once in a folder after being downloaded. It takes time to upload each file at a time in a folder

The app is hanging while trying to make notes with Apple Pencil.. it is happening with my iPad and also my friends so it probably is an app problem. Pls check
