Urgent pls help
My note was deleted ( automatically) after finish written then re-open . These issue happen 2-3 time already. I love to write by my writing convert to be text . Please kindly check, this app i have been purchased . I hope this issue will solve soon. -.- now my record all gone.

1.กล้องในการถ่ายของappเปิดไม่ได้ขึ้นจอดำ 2.ส่งออกเป็นภาษาไทยฟอร์นเด้งหมดเลย หวังว่าจะได้รับการตอบกลับเเละเเก้ไขให้ในเร็วๆนี้ ขอบคุณค่ะ

แก้ไขยาก
ตอนใส่รูป ถ้าจิ้มผิด จะแก้ไขรูปไม่ได้แล้ว แก้ไขหน้า ลบ เพิ่ม ก็ไม่ได้ เวลาใช้งานก็ไม่ลิงค์กับแอพไหน ปวดหัว
fountain pen not work
with 3rd party stylus, there is no line appear after writing. first update was infinite crash second update is blank can you guy work something more professional

ไฟล์หายหมด
พอยกเลิกsync ไฟล์หายหมด เเย่มาก ชื่อไฟล์ที่syncในไดรฟ์ก็ประหลาดไม่รู้ว่าไฟล์ไหนเป็นอะไร
อยากให้ปรับปรุง import, export, การเพิ่มหน้ากระดาษ
- เวลา import file เข้า อยากให้มีตัวเลือก เลือกที่อยู่/folder ของไฟล์ได้ - เวลา export file หลายๆไฟล์พร้อมกัน อยากให้ส่งออกแยกแต่ละไฟล์มากกว่ารวมเป็นzip - การเพิ่มหน้ากระดาษระหว่างไฟล์(ที่ไม่ใช่หน้าสุดท้ายของไฟล์) อยากให้มีtoolที่เพิ่มกระดาษได้สะดวก กดง่ายๆ เพิ่มได้เร็วๆหน่อย บางทีใช้จดเลคเชอร์ จะเพิ่มกระดาษระหว่างหน้า ต้องกดตรงหน้าทั้งหมด กดselect ถึงจะเพิ่มได้ จดเลคเชอร์ไม่ทันค่ะ แต่ถ้าตอนนี้แอพมีfunctionเหล่านี้อยู่แล้ว รบกวนช่วยบอกวิธีใช้functionแบบด้านบนหน่อยค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
