Locked out of the app. Disappointed.
I have been using the Flexnest app as a paid user for last one year. I have realised that I have been locked out of the app from last 20 days with a message saying please authenticate. Reached out to Support on WhatsApp, but no reply. If this does not get solved I will have to cancel my subscription and probably the devices will go to a waste. I have flex bike and a rowing machine.
