I purchased this today and it wouldn’t let me register. I tried all the way they suggested but nothing worked. I cancelled my subscription. M

The Flexnest App is here to revolutionize At-Home workouts and your fitness journey. The Flexnest app is compatible with the Flexscale – India’s 1st and smartest weighing scale which tracks over 13+ body parameters like Body Fat, Protein, BMI etc. The Flexnest App also keeps a track of changes to your body with easy to understand graphs and metrics.

Half-Yearly: INR 3000
Yearly: INR 3600
Payments and Renewal:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

Constantly begs for location permission
Even though I’m only using the scale the app just constantly begs for location permission. Any time you open the app or navigate to any screen at all it asks for location permission. This is a terrible user experience.

Great App but seeing sudden crashes

Not able to login
I deleted the account and I am not able to login with email id it says incorrect email or password after resetting the password multiple time not able to login and I tried to mobile number login with OTP and yet it says invalid OTP How to login in again ??
Privacy issue!
Why do I need to provide my phone number to use a device that I have paid for(heftily)? All you need is just an email address to authenticate and authorize users.
Getting error in App , “Attention please authenticate”
And when clicking on ok it’s stuck on the screen.

Terrible App! - Might be an understatement
Authentication required for what?! Streamline the subscription strategy ASAP. Sort it out or loses customers. Not gonna buy Flexnest after this weighing scale dies.
Buggy app
Upon selecting the guest user option, the app crashes while specifying the height. I have tried using both feet as well as centimetre options.
