After installation, the app couldn’t even connect to Air Canada to complete setting. It’s a joke and not an app.

Can’t use it
Unfortunately the quality of this app has plummeted. I’ve been using updated phones with all up to date softwares and yet I can’t book a single flight. Utterly useless for frequent flyers and business travelers. Get it working please. Beyond frustrating having a booking app that only gets you errors and no solutions whatsoever.

Should offer more options
Previously there were options for an overnite stay in Toronto and then taking a flite the next morning. We travel with carry on bags only. We do not like arriving in hfx after 9pm and then having to drive another 2 hours. Why are there no stopover offers for a one stop trip.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this app is awful
I’ve been a flight pass holder for about 6 years. Generally happy with the passes ( although prices and restrictions are making them less attractive), but the app has horrible user experience. I optimistically keep trying to give it another try, have to log in (MFA) minimum 3 times to get it to load my data ( no exaggeration) and 50 per cent of the time, it crashes. Just tried again, showed my pass having 23 flights left, went in to check on a res and it showed no flights used or no flights left. Did I mention this is a business pass? Truly awful. I give up. Why bother AC?
App Downgrade
Flight pass used to give easy access to see seat availability. The functionality was disabled 36 months ago when there was an “upgrade”. Some upgrade. We used to also be able to see what flights are upgradable. That too went from the app on the “upgrade”. (Still sort of works on web). Give us the old app back!
Great when it works
Lately had so many crashes. App just closes when selecting Fligh Pass to use for flight selection or says no flight passes available for my route when I do have them. Usually deleting and reinstalling app helps but what a pain.
Doesn’t let you change your frequent flier number on checkin
Can’t change your frequent flier number when booking a flight pass, and still very clunky
