BOOK A FLIGHT
- Complete a booking in as little as 6 taps of your thumb, with the Flight Pass App’s friendly one-handed design.
- Tell us where you’re going, and the Flight Pass App will suggest which one of your passes to use. We took the guesswork out of it, so you can get where you need to go.
- Find the perfect flight by quickly sorting through available flights by duration, and time of day.

SYNC YOUR BOOKINGS
- Book on the website? All of your bookings, just as you’d expect, now appear in the Flight Pass app. Easily see where you’ve been, and where you’re going next.

MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
- Change or cancel your bookings with ease, directly from the Booking Details screen.

GET YOUR UPGRADE
- Travelling on a Flight Pass that offers complimentary upgrade? Request your upgrade directly in the Flight Pass App (lucky you!)

YOUR FLIGHT PASSES
- A central place to review all of the Flight Passes you own, administer, or travel on.
- See all the details of your Flight Pass, including credit balance, and booking history.
- Have a Flight Pass paid over several instalments? Complete your payment directly from the ‘Your Flight Passes’ section.
- Have a Flight Pass eligible for extension? Extend your Flight Pass directly from the 'Your Flight Passes' section.

Does not work on my iOS 15.1 iPhone

When I click on the app icon it opens on a black screen with the message you have changed the icon and no possibility to do anything but click on OK then goes to black screen with no options , Just black. Deleted it tried again , same thing .

App is wonderful but signup is a pain

App itself works really well whenever it does actually work. The ux is smooth and I can usually book a flight and get out without issue. Right now (and for the past day) it keeps logging me out, requiring my Aeroplan account info to log in again. But on that page I just see a continuous spinner so no actual way to get into the app. Perhaps you can add multiple ways to log in?

Nice App, but....

Would be nice to have access to flight availability or flight tables without having any credits left; it could encourage people to buy a Flight Pass (again)...

Useless garbage

You can’t do anything from inside this app. Cannot get boarding passes, see correct status, check in. Altogether useless

Something is wrong

Something is wrong. This app actually works, it’s convenient and I was able to book my flights. I am thinking it can’t be Air Canada, but some elaborate “man-in-the-middle” scheme to steal my data. It does have some errors and you have to select a meal preference, so the scammers really did a bang up job of making it look like Air Canada.

Why do you need an account to get info on a flight you booked?

Tried to book for two days. Site wasn’t working lost my preferred seat.

Been a pain!!

Everything dealing with Air Canada so far has been an absolute pain. No apps work, I’ve created an account and can not access it. Says access denied, trying to login to app, says I don’t exist. Nothing works and getting your boarding passes seems impossible!! Get your stuff together please.
