Flight Network won’t help you with anything, just forwarding your call to one another and has no focus on helping their customers. They even downgraded our flight without our consent and KEPT THE REFUND FROM THE DOWNGRADING TO THEMSELVES. What’s how they treat their paying customers.

It’s very convenient to book flights and check in online at the comfort of my home. Reminders are also helpful. The app is easy to navigate.

Waiting times on support phone took hours and in the end they told me to email them , also another support person said that is another dept and they will put me through and I had to wait another 40 min and ended up hanging up and emailing. Done emails do not get responded to and if they do they don’t answer your question. I have email proof to verify my review. They also have ball any questions to the airline so you have to call international calls to the airline. In fact they couldn’t even support me with that as I had to google the airline phone numbers.

Tried to check in through this app and after I filled in passengers information on this app, one passenger went from Mr to Ms on boarding pass and another passenger check in unsuccessful. I went on to the airline website later on and found out they input wrong info and missing info. Now I cannot get this resolved online and will need to go to airport to check in with anxiety!

Couldn’t add trip ‘this service unavailable right now’. Couldn’t add phone number in settings ‘network error’, and besides it only allowed a +1 number, and I don’t live in North America.

So i did booked my flight from here and because of some reason i had to cancel my flight due to unavoidable circumstances but i did not got any refund till now nor any information about cancellation. Really disappointed of their service.😢😢😢😢😢😢

Flights were cancelled without warning or notification. Impossible to contact when I found out at the gate my seat had been sold. Had to buy another ticket from another airline as flightnetwork refused to waive the booking fee. Better off buying through the network

PRETENDING TO BE A TRAVEL AGENT COMPANY AND LOOK ALL LEGITIMATE WHEN THEY ARE FARRRRR FROM IT. IVE BEEN SCAMMED DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS.

Booked my flight 6 month ago, worst service ever, no one knows what they are doing, I spent more than 29 hours on the phone due to a flight change, 14 days before my flight, I’m told there is no flight and they can’t rebook me with another airline! Which they changed me rebooking fee $23 And now they refuse to give me refunds, offer me voucher from this airline! IT IS A SCAM, I will take legal action against this travel agent, DO NOT USE, ITS A SCAM
