Cant get it to work
When verifying ones email address on an iphone or ipad the keyboard covers the crucial ‘Verify’ button and none of the usual iphone tricks seem to clear the keyboard. Appears to be a basic software bug that makes it unusable.

Flexi ticket not so flexi
Booked a flexible ticket as I was waiting for a better flight. Called to rearrange when the correct flight came up. Advised the ticket I wanted to change to was only available for new bookings and I couldn’t select it. They also would not refund the ticket. They were no help at all.
A difficult experience
I booked with flight network but after sitting on the plane for 3 hours my flight was cancelled I tried to get my money back . I had paid extra for delays and cancellations but only received a sum which was £66 less than what I paid for the outward trip and received nothing for the return trip . When I tried to speak to an operator I was left hanging on the line twice and no one got back to me . I would never use this service again
Straightforward
Booking through Flight Network has been a very easy straightforward process. We’ll see if all goes to plan on the day of travel 🤞🏼

Additional cost for everything
I am very disappointed that I have to pay extra to reserve seats, even though it is now less than 24 hours before departure. As I am travelling with my 12 year old daughter, I felt compelled to book this in advance now to avoid causing her anxiety about having to sit by herself.
Rip off
You cannot run a flight booking system then charge to produce boarding passes!
DON’T BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK
There is zero customer service. Changes are extortionate. Refunds never given. Book direct with the airline.

So simple and easy to use.
Don’t be fooled
Flight Network won’t help you with anything, just forwarding your call to one another and has no focus on helping their customers. They even downgraded our flight without our consent and KEPT THE REFUND FROM THE DOWNGRADING TO THEMSELVES. What’s how they treat their paying customers.
