Used to be a great app/not anymore
I started my Premium subscription back in Oct 2019. Had it for two years. It was perfect. But they gradually made it more complex: instead of FOCUS, it became another social media platform. It’s difficult to find the basic functions. It’s distracting! The worst: eliminated the Full Focus feature and created a new app - to be paid separately! Ripped off. Just use another app, Forest for example. Or the phone timer: it’s free! Avoid this one!
Support not answering for days
I cant stop my subscription alone and none is answering in the support chat or by email. I am surely not paying another year

Grafica curatissima! Ma...
... sarebbe più comodo se si permettesse di uscire dall’app, il che mi capita spesso durante lo studio per effettuare ricerche, ad esempio. Ora come ora o si utilizza un altro dispositivo o si rinuncia in toto, il che personalmente rende l’app quasi un impegno più che un aiuto. Ah! E spesso e volentieri non registra effettivamente le sessioni in Apple Health anche se impostata a dovere! Spero vengano risolti questi problemi quanti prima. Sarò contentissimo di usare l’app più spesso in futuro.
App not working
I paid the annual subscription the app is not working and when it is working it says that I need to upgrade to the premium subscription that I have already. Support center not working as well
Now it’s useless
Unfortunately now that on iOS the Full Block Mode is not possible or terribly inconvenient the whole app is quite useless. It’s a pity, I was so fond of it.
Intrusiva
Dopo avermi richiesto l’accesso remoto ai miei dati (rifiutato) e averla cancellata, continua a riapparire e mandarmi aggiornamenti, e non penso sia un errore del mio telefono perché succede solo con questa!! Non la consiglierei, piuttosto consiglio la limitazione del tempo di utilizzo delle applicazioni offerto direttamente dalle impostazioni dell’iPhone.
Telefono bloccato
Da qualche mese utilizzavo questa APP per sessioni di studio di 1 ora, nessun problema fino a quando ho deciso di attivare la sessione di blocco totale per 8 ore, risultato? Il telefono non si è mai più sbloccato, dopo 24 ore mi sono dovuto recare in Apple store dove hanno provveduto a sistemare il tutto raccomandandomi di non scaricare più app come questa che creano profili di gestione da remoto. Ho segnalato l’accaduto ad Apple nella speranza che questa app venga rititirata dall’App store. Terribile esperienza
No whitelist
For a law student who constantly has to check articles and cases on other apps, not having a whitelist is quite the issue. Very nice otherwise!
