all the time delivery guy never come to home for delivery, they call & give their own location & time to costumer , makes easy for theirself.. if we can go to them to get delivery then why can’t we go to shop & save days also . saadd

Pathetic customer service

I ordered medium size belt for my puppy but size issue will be their when it was delivered i had contact to customer service and first time they said it will be refundable or replaced but on another day they called and said it can’t be refundable and replacable such a poor service will be provided by flipkart
