Don’t buy electronics from flipkart because the services are really bad. Last year i ordered one plus tv from flipkart. The display of the tv is gone and when i contact customer care, they are saying that they will charge 1600 for replacement and 850 for their service charge. My tv is still in warranty period. Besides this they are charging such amount from me. Is this ethical to pay 2500 every time when your tv doesn’t work.

Big saving days and early bird sale is a SHAM
Had a very bad experience from Flipkart. The delivery guys brought the product to my home to deliver it. And they took it back. They said there is a problem with OTP, but I am not sure what’s wrong with them. I purchased a Bicycle for my nephew as an Easter present, he is only 5 years old. He is really disappointed now, because I bought 2 bicycles for my 2 nephews. One got delivered on time and the other one was took away by the delivery executive. I can’t accept the reasons they said. Really disappointed. Is there any way to give half star.
So easy to send items to Indian residents from UK
I was ordering mobile in Flipkart and tried to make transaction.transaction did not happen as for technical issues and status was order pending.in that case any customer would think that order did not happen. So I tried to place order and it got successfully placed.next day delivery ,delivery agent brought two mobile of same model .the 1st order also got placed somehow.i told delivery agent not to open seal and return as its duplicate.but he insisted ,you return on the website as there will be no issues.obviously I believed it and took the product.but when i tried to return the order there was no option of duplicate order and when i talked to customer care,they say product can’t be returned as its open box delivery which i was obviously unaware .but delivery guy stated it can be returned.customcare is not helpful and not willing to take return although its packed state.which is unacceptable.this is not right way to provide solution.i will have to bear the loss now. No help from customer care.utterly disappointed.pathetic customer service from Flipkart.

Stupid Flipkart policies
One of the worst flight booking service where i feel a single agent is more clear and apt about the terms and rules. I had to cancel my flight due to some medical emergency and again I had to book the same flight at the same time but now they are giving partial refund saying air india is not refunding. On App you can chck for terms nothing mentioned. Dont get scammed by this bookin service. Wish i could share images here of the mails and app.
