Doesn’t work
I get an error notice saying “Service Unavailable “ every time I try to use the app so it is useless . It worked at first . No clue what happened.

It’s been years since some of these reviews were published and all the problems are still issues. Text is too small and there isn’t a way to change it. It’s a reading app and you can’t do the one thing it’s meant for. Trash.
Text is too small - useless app
This app’s lack of any text size control renders it totally useless. No library should contract with this company. It’s a scam, no one can read anything in here.
“Service Currently Unavailable”
Every time you launch the app, it fails with the service unavailable message. Force quit the app, restart it, and then it will work. Until later, when it fails again. Get with it, developers!
Broken
Latest 5.7.1 still broken. I’m shocked more libraries and library users aren’t complaining. Libraries pay to access this, it should work! Latest update 5.7.0 crashes at startup. Won’t even open. Please fix.
Great selection but usability is poor
The app need the following fixes. Text view cannot be adjusted. It’s tiny. From the text view it offers a text to speech option which is automatically segmented. However there are only two speed settings 1x which is too slow and 1.5x which is too fast. You need to provide more refined options like 0.5, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2x speed. Final annoyance. When it’s reading to you via text to speech if the screen locks it will stop speaking. It should run in the background

Server is Down. Please fix. Otherwise good app.
App stopped working, needed to delete and re-add to fix
I absolutely loved this app until recently. Whenever I click on the ‘Explore’ icon, I get the message ‘Service currently unavailable, try again later’. I deleted, then re-added the app. It is working fine for now…
Still not working
It’s been several weeks since this app broke. The opening pop-up says ‘Service currently unavailable: Try again later’.
Latest update still does not work
iPad app Instantly crashes when trying to open, latest fix didn’t help
