Flipster – Digital Magazines

Can't even sign in. Get an error message from the start. Why do public libraries waste taxpayer money on this defective app?

Current version of App is not functional on iPad. I used to be able to download periodicals using my library card on this app but now Server 404 error continues to come up when I try to do anything on the app. I can sign-in directly from my Browser so I know I have the correct credentials. It's the App that's the problem here but when I tried to get help, it redirected me back to the Ebscohost page on the App and then it was the same error as b4. I'll wait for them to update this b4 trying it again.

Just says “service currently unavailable” when I try to open. Was not able to find any assistance on the website.

I have many iPads. I input monthly check in of library card. This App didn’t accept on either of my login’s. I Deleted Flipster.

I’ve been trying most of the week to download magazines on a iPad and getting the error that the service is unavailable. I removed the app and redownloaded it and now cannot even log in. I’m able to log in using a browser but then can’t download magazines.

I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times. I’ve checked and rechecked my library card number (it’s correct each time). It keep telling me there was a runtime error and won’t let me see the login screen to try again unless I delete and reinstall it. Help!

Good app in theory but ridiculously tiny font in text view makes it unusable

On iPhone app works as expected. On iPad, there is an excess of white space at the top of the window, and the bottom of the page is cut off. Enlarging the the page enlarges the entire window, so the white space and cutoff of bottom remain. Not sure why this is, unless the iPhone app was simply brought over to iPad without considering aspect ratios.

Great app when it is functioning but it gives a 'Service Not Available' error all the time so I don't really get to use it much.
