Florence is an interactive storybook from the award-winning lead designer of Monument Valley about the heart-racing highs and heartbreaking lows of a young woman's very first love.
Florence Yeoh feels a little... stuck. Her life is an endless routine of work, sleep, and spending too much time on social media. Then one day, she meets a cello player named Krish who changes everything about how she sees the world and herself.
Experience every beat of Florence and Krish's relationship through a series of mini-game vignettes - from flirting to fighting, from helping each other grow... to growing apart. Drawing inspiration from 'slice of life' graphic novels and webcomics, Florence is an intimate and unforgettable story.
A very weak “game”, with a nice music track, and a very simple and determined storyline. An awkwardly childish gameplay, and an apple store comment, which forces me to copy paste this comment, since the keyboard becomes only half visible, when I try to input text. (After restart, I could finally input text)
Half an hour swiping and tapping with zero level of excitement, nothing.
I don’t know, for who, this is a game of the year, (or editor choice or whatever), but there should be something terribly wrong with that year.
Seriously I am very dissappointed.
The creative guy Ken Wong is probably a genius, that is obvious, and I am sure he is doing something, he really loves, and I am happy for that.
We are all different, with a different palate, and this is far away from mine. :-(
This is just not a game for me.
Oh, man, this was awful, and I hate to say that, I am really sorry, this is nothing personal.
It is just a deathborn bad concept.
