Absolutely loved this game. It’s so well written and makes really clever use of touch screen actions that we’re all so familiar with, but they make every swipe or tap feel incredibly meaningful. The story is moving and relatable, and covers such a wide range of emotions despite being short enough to finish in an hour.
This helped me when I was going through my own break-up and healing from that.
Looking forward to more!
Its a very nice story line & you fall in love with the characters. But it’s an extremely short game. And for the money you pay I don’t think its worth it. I literally finished the game in like 15 min. Shortest game I’ve ever played. I would suggest that a longer story or more stories are added. Otherwise its just a waste of time and money.
Florence is a fairly short game; I finished it in under an hour. HOWEVER. It is fully worth it. In that hour I have experienced more emotions than I sometimes do in a day. The story is told really well with excellent use of music, color, shapes, texture etc. to convey emotions and feelings better than any words could. Put simply, the creative direction behind this game is stunning. Give it a try - I promise you won’t regret it one bit.
This game stirred up emotions I never thought possible, don’t let the simple game mechanics fool you, this is an intentionally deep and emotional game. Worth every cent, I even played it more than once.
Florence is a very short game with very little actual gameplay. That however is not the point of Florence to me. Florence is about the journey and in that regards the game is worth it. In a very short time I developed a fondness for the characters. I was glad with them and sad with them. I felt what they felt. That I felt connected to the characters in such a short amount of time is nothing short of amazing to me. The graphics are excellent with a pencil drawn style that is really well done. The music is also good, reflecting the emotions of the characters. All in all, an excellent experience that can only be possible on mobile.
Enjoyed every moment I wish there was more and more
Love, love, loved the game!!! The only issue is that it’s so short and I finished it in less than a day and the game being as short as it is, it’s not worth the amount I paid for it. I hope there’s a second part of the game coming out. And that it’s free for people who’ve already paid or it. Cause I won’t pay again.
