The quality of this app gets worse every year. The sound quality is so bad and the picture quality is terrible. I have fiber internet and it is constantly buffering during the live events. I canceled my subscription it is not worth the money.
The app is glitchy, struggling to forward or rewind and keeps buffering even though I have fiber internet. Really dissatisfied with it. Don’t even try it with Google Chrome Cast. Its a nightmare!
Can’t imagine why anyone would need to purchase this service anyway but how many people did so to watch the DCI world championships only to find out that if you didn’t watch it live, oops, there’s no audio now because of copyright infringement. How did you secure the rights to stream it in the first place? I’ve wasted 30 bucks in my life a lot of times but this might take the cake… Gigantic thumbs down because I don’t need to watch a third tier dune buggy race live. Thanks anyway.
Trying to watch on numerous computers and iphones with different browsers - ALL say “No Audio Available” - “we occurred an error” And forget about their endless AI chatbot trying to fix — RUN AWAY — When it goes dead - you have ZERO recourse -
The subscription fee to watch DCI finals apparently doesn’t include audio on replays due to copyright restrictions. Who would ever willingly pay to watch DCI with no audio?
I’ve had an account for the less than 20 minutes and I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied in the quality. I got this for FloMarching to see the DCI Championships live. Haven’t been able to watch 3 consecutive minutes of a music performance. And then there’s NO playback because it’s copywritten material for a performance that was 15 minutes old
Terrible. I paid for the yearly subscription and still forced to watch theirs stupid adds commercials. Not worth it. Not worth it plus they need a lot of improvements. Not an easy app to navigate and get to what I want to watch
If you are planning to watch a live, streaming performance, this app gives good flexibility to do so with high cam or multi-view perspectives and screen-sharing opportunities. However, if you want to watch a replay, be prepared for visual with no audio due to copyright. In this particular entertainment space you cannot make that kind of trade-off; the two go hand-in-hand. This is not like watching another sport that can be viewed without audio. The copyright issue surrounding marching arts audio needs to be made clear to people before they subscribe to your service. And, the copyright issue needs to be resolved ASAP. The only reason why I subscribed to this service was so that I could view corps replays WITH audio. This is a waste of $ for me at this point. I will be canceling my subscription.
By far the worst streaming app I’ve used. The videos constantly freeze. The app needs to be restarted frequently. The commercials that FloSports added recently have been causing the app to crash. All in all a disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and just avoid it.
This service is too expensive to be this glitchy and have commercials. Gone are the days of seeing DCI on YouTube and in theaters. We are saddled with this overpriced and subpar service. We should be able to access all dci content on demand for the price we are paying. Shame on y’all for such subpar service.
