I use flow the last for years. Amazing app. I use it with my Apple Pencil. I wish some times was faster and sometimes there are issues with the touchscreen between my hand (palm or fingers) and the drawing with the pen.

Beautiful design but not very functional.
Greedy and useless trial mode
Moleskine did great paper schedulers and notebooks. The best. I imagine their business is being hurt by various factors. And I feel for them. But I find their approach to e-note taking ridiculous. You do not put a notetaking or drawing app in "read only" mode, and hope that you will win the customer anyway. Today's customers want to really TRY the product. This means full functionality set. Not just to see a pretty drawing canvas with a pretty example notebook, which we can watch with ave, but never change. This actually made me very irritated and willing to uninstall it (but not before leaving you thankful review, after all you wasted my time and made and bandwidth). Today's customers want to play with the product they just downloaded. In this way we're a bit like kids (and some of us are still kids). By locking us from playing with the product, and *asking for freaking money each time we touch the canvas* you make yourself a very bad favor. Because, on the third touch and close of this dialog, I'll be out of your app, no matter how great it is. Today's customers must be won with love. Not greed.

Why have the app listed as free in the App Store, then make everyone have to subscribe to the app. Just make the app a paid app.
Pay to Use disguised as "In App Purchases"
They will take you through the entire sign up process before revealing that you must pay to even use this app. Only option to try it out is sharing your card information with this company for a few days trial. Just get procreate or art set instead.
