FlowSavvy: Auto Reviews

huge fan

i have downloaded at least 50 smart scheduling softwares over the last few months and flowsavvy easily takes the cake. i needed a tool that was MacOS and iOS compatible i needed to be able to schedule recurring tasks i needed the calendar to reschedule itself if something was missed or completed early i needed priority ranking and efficient scheduling based on that ranking flowsavvy does all of this and more. i recently accidentally deleted my entire calendar and all my scheduled to-do's (on a sunday morning to make things worse). the peeps at flowsavvy were replying to my emails within minutes and were exceptionally kind and helpful. that alone should sell you on this app. honestly, my only complaint is the overall aesthetic and feel of the app. it feels clunky and dated. but realistically, that means little in light of how this tool has made daily scheduling and planning as a freelancer a BREEZE.

Easy to use, very helpful!

Just been trialing this app for about a week and love how its been helping me keep on track with my personal tasks and reduce over commitment. The free version has enough for me to play around with and see how it fits into my workflow but I can see the benefits of upgrading to the paid version. Just wanted to write this review to support this app. I can tell the devs put a lot of thought and care into building it and it definately needs more attention!

Great program

I’m shocked this doesn’t have more reviews. Whose managing your pr?! This is a great little app and the paid version has worked seamlessly with my iCloud and gmail calendars. My only suggestion: don’t bother with the “recalculate” button… you can bet if I complete a task I want the dopamine rush of checking the box next to it… if it’s past the hour and it’s unchecked it’s not done lol.

Brilliant, with exemplary support and development

UPDATE, after a year of use: I can confirm my initial enthusiasm about this app, and go further—it’s just brilliant. The developers (Jacob and Lucas) are super-responsive, and they keep refining and improving the app. Among other things, they have checked off all three of the items I requested in my original review (tags/search/filtering, simple dependencies, and an option to have a task automatically expire after its due date and time). So: six stars! ORIGINAL REVIEW (Straightforward on the surface, sophisticated in what it does): A really useful app, helping me to plan my routines and middle-sized projects realistically and flexibly. I subscribe to the pro version, and happily enough; I’ve seen a steady stream of small improvements that justify the cost. I’m looking forward to seeing two features on the roadmap: “Improved to-do list organization (tags, filtering, etc.)” and “Auto-ignore overdue repeating tasks (if you can't make your workout on Monday, it shouldn't schedule two workouts on Tuesday).” I’d also really like to see some fairly simple implementation of dependencies: “schedule x for an earlier time, schedule y for a later time.” But above all I hope that the developers keep the interface relatively simple, and the app relatively speedy.

Great task and calendar blocking app with automated rescheduling

Update: one month in. Has one of the least steep learning curves of one of these types of apps. That said, this app is very powerful and has tremendous potential! Designed more for the individual user versus a team, pluses include an intuitive clean schedule user interface, the ability to add both fixed time and automatically scheduled tasks, a relatively intuitive way to add events and tasks, and a bit more intelligent way of organizing (and now prioritizing!) the events throughout the day versus just slamming you with all the events at the beginning of it each day. Oh and extremely responsive developers! That said, It really needs the ability to interact directly (complete, snooze, recalculate, even just go to) with the task being notified with the push notifications, it also really needs the addition of interactive push notifications for the Web app, Siri integration, and could use a more muted color UI option (my weird blue green color blindness would be less grumpy).

Absolutely Amazing

Exactly what I needed to time block and get organized!

Literally the best AND affordable!

I was looking for something that did my scheduling for me after I was using another software that did the same but was ridiculously expensive and didn’t do half of what this app does. I love that it syncs my calendars and organizes my tasks and still looks out for the low earning people that still need help with time/task management.

Perfect calendar app

I've always been an overthinker, scheduling to much and not getting what I want done. However, this app has changed everything, I no longer feel overwhelmed, stressed, or worried that I won't get a task done. It seems that this app almost has everything whilst having a simple design and interface. This is by far the best calendar app out here that schedules everything for you and finds the perfect time for everything. I can't wait to see what the future has for FlowSavvy.

Holy smokes!!! Absolutely amazing!! I’m highly visual and have ADHD.. this app is remarkable. You can see tasks and events in calendar view(!!) (no more multiple parts of the app to find things) The AI reschedules EVERYTHING when life throws a curve ball. Holy smokes… I’m just totally blown away there’s a planning app that works with my brain and not against it. Oh btw, the whole things is extremely user friendly. What I mean is, no more hyper detail settings. It’s all quick add features like the iPhone calendar we all grew up with. They’re at the forgot of scheduling technology. This company is going to surpass all the others in no time.

My schedule just got easier!

I’ve tried other apps and this one works the best for me! When a task pops up I throw it into FlowSavvy and give it a deadline and duration and BOOM. It’s scheduled. As I move things around or book appointments, my calendar easily readjusts. It’s not overly complicated and works great!
