I’m not sure if you’d believe this review but tears of relief were streaming down my face, I was so emotional because I have been struggling with creating a schedule and prioritizing my life for the past 14 years. I have anxiety, adhd, and I have been trying to make a schedule for my life to stick to and fit all the tasks I need to do. This app made that possible in such a user friendly way. I own/ run two businesses and I am also a mom of two toddlers. This app changed my life. The amount of things I got done just by scheduling is crazy. My productivity and efficiency improved by 80% I love that I can separate work and personal hours. I love that I can park my to dos and tasks in the inbox and schedule them when I need to. I love the recalculating feature. I also love that I can sync it to my iCal. I did need to get into the habit of putting things in the app instead of writing on paper. I def would love to see some features like being able to invite others to tasks and address searchablity in location. I second what the other reviews say. I hope this app grows but stays true to the purpose. I also have to point out the unparalleled customer experience and on-boarding call FlowSavvy offers. If you can’t tell by now, I’m def a raving fan. Just get it. Totally worth it.
This app has been so helpful at helping me schedule organize my new small business. The interface and tools are simple, easy to use, and do exactly what they’re meant to do. No superfluous features, and honestly not really missing anything. I’ve been testing it out as a project management tool as well, and with a little creativity I can see it serving me really well in this regard. The customer service is what really sets this apart, so responsive and invested in the product. I hope this app keeps growing but also remains true to original form and function.
FlowSavvy has been great so far testing it out and trying out all the unique features this app has to offer. The developers are really involved with the community and the design behind the app which is always appreciated! Definitely has huge potential for a task management app. Cheers!
i have downloaded at least 50 smart scheduling softwares over the last few months and flowsavvy easily takes the cake. i needed a tool that was MacOS and iOS compatible i needed to be able to schedule recurring tasks i needed the calendar to reschedule itself if something was missed or completed early i needed priority ranking and efficient scheduling based on that ranking flowsavvy does all of this and more. i recently accidentally deleted my entire calendar and all my scheduled to-do's (on a sunday morning to make things worse). the peeps at flowsavvy were replying to my emails within minutes and were exceptionally kind and helpful. that alone should sell you on this app. honestly, my only complaint is the overall aesthetic and feel of the app. it feels clunky and dated. but realistically, that means little in light of how this tool has made daily scheduling and planning as a freelancer a BREEZE.
Just been trialing this app for about a week and love how its been helping me keep on track with my personal tasks and reduce over commitment. The free version has enough for me to play around with and see how it fits into my workflow but I can see the benefits of upgrading to the paid version. Just wanted to write this review to support this app. I can tell the devs put a lot of thought and care into building it and it definately needs more attention!
I’m shocked this doesn’t have more reviews. Whose managing your pr?! This is a great little app and the paid version has worked seamlessly with my iCloud and gmail calendars. My only suggestion: don’t bother with the “recalculate” button… you can bet if I complete a task I want the dopamine rush of checking the box next to it… if it’s past the hour and it’s unchecked it’s not done lol.
Very simple and easy to use and inexpensive. I have the paid version. I tell the app everything I have to do and how long it would take to get done, the app gives me a schedule up to 8 weeks out (default 3 weeks. You have to change it in settings) It even has categories that you can make so that the app schedules your tasks only at certain times and days.
So many scheduling apps just add a bunch of features trying to be everything to everybody and end up looking like the homer car. This app gives a focused set of features that satisfy most people’s needs presented in a capably designed UI. Where it departs from familiar UI idioms — like where you can copy time blocks to different days of the week— it’s simple, intuitive, and well-considered. I’m quite impressed.
This app is game changing. It really helps reflow all of my tasks to fit my schedule. But if you are going to build for the apple ecosystem, why not make an apple watch app? It should only take a month of development max. I’ll give the 5th star once the Apple Watch feature is created.
