Very simple and easy to use and inexpensive. I have the paid version. I tell the app everything I have to do and how long it would take to get done, the app gives me a schedule up to 8 weeks out (default 3 weeks. You have to change it in settings)
It even has categories that you can make so that the app schedules your tasks only at certain times and days.
Simple, capable UI
So many scheduling apps just add a bunch of features trying to be everything to everybody and end up looking like the homer car. This app gives a focused set of features that satisfy most people’s needs presented in a capably designed UI. Where it departs from familiar UI idioms — like where you can copy time blocks to different days of the week— it’s simple, intuitive, and well-considered. I’m quite impressed.
Perfect except no Apple Watch app
This app is game changing. It really helps reflow all of my tasks to fit my schedule. But if you are going to build for the apple ecosystem, why not make an apple watch app? It should only take a month of development max.
I’ll give the 5th star once the Apple Watch feature is created.
Almost perfect
I wish more people knew about this app. You cannot beat the price point. And better than Motion. Friendly to use on phone and the same in web.
I have 2 wishes. If you can manage these, you would be perfect.
1. If you could set up dependencies for recurring tasks that would be amazing. (not that I’ve seen anybody else achieve this)
2. The option of viewing the schedule as a list would be great for small tasks that don’t take up a lot of room on the traditional view. If I could toggle between the 2 easily that would be ideal.
Lastly, sometimes the algorithm doesn’t work perfectly. It will say a task can’t be completed, but I can see if things were rearranged it should work. I work around that by completing tasks and then auto-reschedule fixes itself.
I realize these are very nit picky. You guys are the best there is out there. Thank you.
Great for overachievers, people who have multiple tasks/project deadlines
I never write review on app store. But this really takes away all my stress regarding deadlines. Switch to this from motion app. This is soo much simpler and straightforward. You need to try this!
Incredible and perfectly designed
I honestly can’t say enough about this app. The simple fact that I’m taking time to write this review shows how important this app is to my daily workflow. I tried using others such as motion, but they were so overrun with all sorts of other non-essential distractions and complicated interfacesthat I had to find something else that combined AI with my calendar. I am incredibly thankful that this app exists as it is making the management of my day so much easier. Keep it up and keep it focused!!
Excellent
Easy to use, easy to understand and easy to follow.
Amazing, low-barrier to entry tool
I have ADHD and am loving this app. I am currently using the free trial for the paid subscription.
I feel like I can get my life back with this app.
A lot of it comes down to how regular scheduling and regular time blocking—(that is, scheduling or time blocking that are done without an app like this)—typically are cognitively demanding for me. If I were scheduling on a regular note or by hand, seemingly little things like having to change the order of one time slot’s task might overwhelm me to the point that I just start avoiding it all altogether. This is all because of my executive dysfunction defects caused by ADHD. But everyone to some extent has some degree of executive functioning difficulties or deficits in general and/or situationally; so, this might apply to those without ADHD.
With this app, I am able to not even have to do that much and not have to do that much setting up but still end up with the benefits of it. I let myself do five to ten minutes of setting up, like with setting the daily schedules and adding a few recurring things in, etc., but so far I haven’t had to do anything else to set up- all I have to do is add in an individual event or task and press a few buttons.
When I don’t feel like doing what I’ve scheduled for myself that I am supposed to be doing right then in the moment I’m which I’m not feeling up to it, I just press a few buttons to postpone everything and it shuffles everything around. There might even be a one-button way to do this, idk.
One thing I will say in response to a review from a blind user who said that the app and the tutorial were not fully accessible:
I understand the need to allocate resources and wait to scale up in order to in a place of being able to invest the necessary resources towards something, but I think that accessibility is one of the more non-negotiable things and really should be prioritized. I encourage you to do further research on this general question of accessibility but also on the specifics of the issue that they cited. Like when I say research, I mean just seeking out information, perspectives and guides, etc., through Google for example, and not just with the website that the user recommended. And possibly hiring an accessibility consultant if at all possible, even if for now you could only hire one for just a one-time thing where it’s a few hours of freelance work on it, just to get preliminary help, or a single day of freelance help.

I will update this review with m
Great Tool
Great tool for planning out days, reasonably priced, great customer support!
Well done!
I love auto-scheduling apps! It takes geniuses to factor in priorities/available time/preferred times etc. My work calendar is imported/subscribed from When I Work, I appreciate the ability of converting the dates to “busy” and scheduling events around it. For repeated tasks, I notice that I can change task time slot to “all day” just for a specific busy day while keeping the rest say at “mornings” and when my morning starts clearing up, the task will be auto schedule back to the preferred time (am). Lots of thoughts and functions have been put into this app! Well worth the subscription! Developers are also super responsive if you have trouble with making the schedule do what you want. (There are a few tricks to know with the algorithms) One minor request (and it is cosmetic): may I have more pastel version of colors, esp of the red, yellow and green. 😆. Would like to look at the schedule and have a palette that somehow goes together 🤔. Thank you again for such a awesome app!
