Сервис очень хороший, очень приятно что у вас работают вежливые, приятные, русские курьеры, большое за это спасибо! НО товарищи разработчики, почему вы отправляете мою оценку и отзыв о заказе, который я еще пишу, магазину, и сотрудники цветочного магазина спрашивают что меня не устроило, хотя я еще даже не успел нажать кнопку «отправить отзыв» и писал позитивный отзыв? Спасибо вам за заботу о клиентах, это очень приятно и ценно, но дождись сначала, пока я закончу писать отзыв, а уже потом отправляйте на сервер. Магазины тоже ваши клиенты.

Приложение очень глючное, фото перед отправкой можно посмотреть не всегда. Грузится все ооооочень долго. Плюс к этому гайдлайны приложения заставляют магазины фоткать букеты так, что совершенно невозможно понять их реальный размер.

Отсутствует забота о пользователях (обманывают)
Магазины размещающиеся в сервисе обманывают вас, а в приложении отвечают «ведутся внутренние работы» и обманщики продолжают работать. Если хотите получить в важный день расстройство, вместо хороших эмоций — милости прошу в сервис :)
