Disheartened by Focus Calm Device Performance
I recently purchased the Focus Calm device with high hopes of incorporating it into my mindfulness and relaxation practices. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been quite disappointing, to say the least.
From the beginning, I encountered consistent malfunctions with the device, rendering it virtually unusable. Out of the few months I've owned it, I've only managed to use it twice. This is not what I expected after making a significant investment in the product.
While I understand that defects can happen even with the most reliable products, the issues I faced were highly disheartening. The inconsistent performance of the device prevented me from fully experiencing its promised benefits. It seems that I may have received a faulty unit, and I genuinely hope that this is not indicative of the overall product quality.
In light of these problems, I reached out to the Focus Calm team through email. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of customer support has added to my frustration.
As a loyal customer, I appreciate the brand's mission of promoting well-being and inner peace. However, I expected better customer service and a quicker resolution to my issue, especially given the premium price I paid for the device.
I remain hopeful that my situation is an isolated case, and I genuinely believe that Focus Calm products can offer significant value. Nonetheless, I have requested a refund as I feel it is only fair to be compensated for a product that has not lived up to its promises and has hindered my experience.
Despite my current disappointment, I am open to alternative solutions should the Focus Calm team choose to address my concerns. A swift resolution would not only restore my confidence in the brand but also allow me to recommend their products with more enthusiasm.
In conclusion, my experience with the Focus Calm device has been marred by consistent malfunctions and a lack of responsiveness from their customer support team. I hope that my review prompts the company to take prompt action and that future customers can enjoy the benefits of their products without encountering similar issues.
Potpourri of nothing.
It’s all over the place, there isn’t a beginners guide. It’s a jumble of games and tasks that man very little. I have Mendi as well, they only have one exercise so it’s less confusing. I’m not a Mendi fan either, both companies are pushing this neuro, focus/calm idea and I doubt many people benefit. I think they’re VERY expensive toys.
