I have had everything stored on this app for my work and home for many years. I even paid for the app so that the ads wouldn’t pop up. I would like a refund because I am no longer able to access my information. This has been going on for several months and all they say is don’t delete the app. The app on my end was already deleted before they said not to and when asked what to do no response given. They have ignored every single email that I have sent to them. Please refund me my money that I paid for this app that I cannot use.
This app use to be amazing. Ever since the most recent update, it is nothing but aggravating. Once again, when I try to access my notes, it force closes. I use notes daily, and now, all my important info has vanished. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year. This app has become totally unreliable.
Could not complete registration process because PIN code NEVER came through despite my looking in all inboxes, junk folder, trash. It never came even though I tried 3 times! So frustrating!

I loved Folder Lock, until the update. Some of my photos simply are not there. In addition, the photos are not in the order I had spent a lot of time organizing. The videos appear to be there, but again not in the order I had spent time organizing. Looking for alternative app unless Folder Lock can resolve these issues. On Sept 7, 2024, I received an email from “Michelle” advising an update would becoming out in 2-3 days that would correct the issues. It is now September 28th with no update. Please advise. Thank you. UPDATE: As of November 11, 2024, there is still no update to resolve the situation. As stated above, I was advised an update would be provided in 2-3 days. Still waiting. They advise not to uninstall, but not sure how much longer I can trust an update is coming. On October 18,I received an email advising the update should be ready in two weeks. STILL WAITING! I am losing confidence in this app and company.
After the App open, it gets stuck on a white screen.
I have lost all data I had stored in the app after the recent update! Help please!
Rule #1) secure user data. When your update from 2.5 months ago has a glitch and deletes your client data, you fix the glitch or revert back to the old system. As fast as possible. The fact it’s taking so long shows 1) they don’t really understand why people use the app 2) they don’t have redundancy and 3) they don’t have the technical knowledge to manage the app. I get things go wrong. I waited a month to write this review. But I’ve given up hope.
You get to a screen that wants a code. It says it sent an email to you. After more than half an hour and pressing RESEND CODE several times, I never got the code.
