What’s special about the FOOBY app is that it provides you with all the information you could possibly need to make a delicious meal – all you have to do is cook it! There is no shortage of inspiration for your next dish – from a light and fresh salad to a festive roast. The app also recommends a wine pairing with various recipes for the perfect culinary experience. Plus, if you want to learn more about a certain ingredient, you are in good hands with our app – your “cookbook to go”.

**Plan ahead of time**
Each recipe comes with a shopping list, where all the ingredients are sorted by supermarket aisle or section. Once you’ve selected your recipe, simply specify the number of people you’re cooking for and the shopping list quantities will be adjusted automatically. With step-by-step instructions, pictures and how-to videos, the FOOBY recipes are suitable for everyone, from beginners to pros. In addition, the app includes a handy timer that reminds you, for example, when to take your roast out of the oven. The FOOBY app contains everything you’ll ever need to cook creatively at home.

**Collect your favourite recipes**
Food-lovers will be especially delighted with the FOOBY app because it allows you to collect all of your favourite recipes in one place. Save links to recipes from a different site or choose your favourite FOOBY recipes and add them to your profile. Storing recipes from other sites couldn’t be easier, simply save the links in the FOOBY app. For recipes from printed cookbooks or newspapers, simply take a photo with your smartphone camera and save them to your FOOBY app. This way, all your favourite meals are easily available through your “personal cookbook”, from all of your devices.

Alle Rezepte und Kochbücher sind nach dem Update verschwunden

Das Update und die neue App haben alles zerstört, 0 Sterne

Vegan?

Nicht alle Rezepte sind vegan. Das Symbol für vegan ist kaum erkennbar, viel zu klein und das Foto dahinter lässt es schwer erkennen. Rezepte mit tierischen Zutaten werden mir angezeigt, trotz dass der Filter auf vegan eingestellt ist. So kann ich dieses Angebot nicht genießen.

Ärgerlich

Wirklich sehr ärgerlich, dass ich ohne Vorwarnung alle Rezepte verloren habe, welche in der App gespeichert hatte. Sehr sehr ärgerlich!!!

Die neue App ist furchtbar

Bei selbst erstellten Rezepten, sieht man links ein großes Bild des Gerichtes, die darüberhinaus hinzugefügten Bilder mit den Anleitung sind so klein dass man nichts, gar nichts mehr lesen kann? Hat das überhaupt jemand mal getestet? Katastrophe!

Tolle Rezepte!

Die App gibt etliche Rezepte her, die ich so noch nicht kannte und die alle wirklich lecker sind! Musste allerdings ein paar Wörter nachschlagen (z.B. Wirz) :)

Verbesserungsvorschlag

Die App ist super. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, eigene Rezepte anzugeben damit man Rezepte individuell gestalten kann und mit den anderen Teilen kann. Würde gerne meine Kürbis Curry Suppe mit allen Teilen

Fantastische App! - wenn sie funktionieren würde

Ich habe die App wirklich immer sehr gerne genutzt und bisher keine bessere gefunden! Aber leider funktioniert sie seit Monaten auf keinem Gerät mehr. Trotz erstelltem Account und Neuinstallation stürzt die App dauernd ab oder reagiert gar nicht erst. Wirklich sehr schade! Ich würde FOOBY gerne weiter nutzen aber leider ist es absolut nicht möglich... Jetzt musste ich eine andere verwenden. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass das Problem behoben wird, so wie es ist, ist es eine Zumutung.

Rezepte toll, aber App kaum nutzbar

Die App wäre so toll, aber leider funktioniert sie nicht richtig. Nach Anmeldung stürzt sie beim Öffnen zwar nicht mehr ab. Allerdings ist das abspeichern in Kochbüchern reine Glückssache, meistens passiert garnichts oder es kommt Minuten später die Meldung „beim abspeichern ist was schiefgegangen“, bis dahin hat man längst vergessen welches Rezept es war und es ist weg. Bei Swipe and Cook speichert es die Rezepte inzwischen garnicht mehr ab. Sprich die coolste Funktion der App ist leider garnicht nutzbar und die ganze Aussuch-Arbeit ist umsonst. Echt frustrierend. Hatte noch nie solche Probleme mit irgendeiner App. Bitte fixt das, die Rezepte sind echt super.

Absturz bei Öffnen der Kochbuchfunktion

Es ist sehr schade, dass die App beim Öffnen der Kuchbuchfunktion immer wieder abstürzt. So ist die App nicht wirklich sinnvoll nutzbar. Die Rezepte haben mir sonst sehr gut gefallen. Nachtrag: nun habe ich mich mit der Supercard ID angemeldet, seitdem funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Die Schaltflächen reagieren nicht mehr, die App lässt sich daher nur noch öffnen und schließen, eine Navigation ist nicht mehr möglich.

Kochbücher lassen sich nur noch mit Supercard-Account öffnen

Sobald man das Kochbuch Icon anklickt stürzte die App immer ab. Somit konnte ich meine gesammelten Rezepte alle nicht mehr öffnen. Auf Anraten der Entwickler habe ich mir einen Supercard-Account erstellt um mich in der App anzumelden, seitdem funktioniert es wieder. Trotzdem nicht besonders praktisch, dass die App nur noch damit läuft. Ich bin nie in der Schweiz, daher ist der Account und die Karte für mich nutzlos. Die App an sich ist aber super, tolle Rezepte. Teilweise bisschen umständlich programmiert, aber man kommt zurecht.
