Food Lion To Go

Placed an order today for pickup. Received a text saying it was confirmed, but no link to made edits, choose backups, watch progress. Nothing. Go into the app and no history of my order. No way to find it. What happened???

I used to use this app all the time and I loved it! However for the last year, I can’t ever log in! No matter what I do it won’t accept my password even after I change it. Very disappointed. Talked to customer service and they were great but couldn’t figure out the problem either.

App doesn't credit you for the Shop & Earn savings or for the Food Lion coupons. I find it hard to understand why the app only works off and on. Very frustrating.

could not check out for pick up using EBT

When this app works, it’s great. It’s easy to add what I need and pickup, the issue comes with actually checking out. When trying to check out I have to log into my account TWICE then turn around and select order online, which most of the time the button doesn’t even work causing me to close the app and go back, relog in twice and try until the stupid button for pickup or delivery works. I spend more time trying to buy the items than it takes to get everything in my cart. If they could fix that, it’d be a 5 star app.

I used to love this app and do all our shopping at Food Lion. The last two orders have been a nightmare. I’m not getting messages, the shoppers are substituting very expensive things, and we are having to go inside for refunds. As a cancer patient, I shouldn’t be doing that. If it messes up again, I’ll have to resort to shopping at Lowe’s.

Wish I could even use this app to write a proper review but this is ridiculous. I spent a decent amount of time filling my cart with groceries and went to check out, to be prompted to sign in. I tried to sign in but got an error, so I reset my password and tried again, still an error. I tried to log in on the main page instead, error again. At this point I figured I should just make a new account and see if that works-nope. Wasted way too much time on this app that I couldn't even use

Is not reliable anymore

I order from Food Lion 2-3 times per week using this app. There is RARELY a time that I can get through the entire order process smoothly. The app is overall, very user friendly, right up until it’s time to check out. I will try to check out, the app will take me to the login page, I enter my information, and then it just sits there and WILL NOT PROCEED. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, closed the app out, logged out and logged back in, connected to WiFi and then tried on my network, stood on my head, you name it. And this happens at least once a week. FIX IT PLEASE!

I spent an hour ordering groceries and then it would not let me sign in. Try again in a week. Still won’t let me sign in. I’m done with this horrible app app!!
