Dazu bestellt man zusätzlich entsprechende Materialien.

Laktose, Insulin, etc.

Tester great, app so-so

Since the app is locked in with the tester, it’s an expensive app and should function fully. I agree with other users that the meal logging is terrible. My personal pet peeve is that I can add food as a meal, but it does not add it to my library, so I can’t do a quick check of whether something I previously added was ok to eat.

Hopeful but not holding my breath

The app is super well-made. The design looks great. I love the user flows and the different workflows that walk me through each step. The device itself (AIRE2) is also very sleek and simple, pairs really well with the app, and seems to give consistent results. My one issue which might make the whole app and the concept moot due to the data being inaccurate is actual food logging. Food logging is one of the hardest things—I’ve never seen any app do it really well. As it’s the database and input of any food logging app that matters, this one really falls short. Ultimately, you need to know what’s inside of your food, all of the constituent ingredients, and the proportion that was consumed. What is 3oz of blueberries vs 1 cup vs handful? The app’s food logging experience and database is extremely lacking and unintuitive—the scan-ingredients-to-text feature is buggy, adding bad characters and line breaks mid word. The barcode database regularly finds no match or has server errors. I think image recognition to identify a food and its ingredients could help, portion and ratio matching, and ingredient fill in using generative AI could really help. Other than that, it’s been super helpful to get in the habit of logging everything even if I don’t log food 100% accurately. I’m hoping my brain makes some connection with the foods triggering high gas output.

Great device, frustrating app!

I am getting some wonderful insights from using the Aire device but it would be much more accurate and helpful if there were improvements made to the app! 1) As a US user, it's frustrating not to have common measurements such as teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, and ounces, listed for EVERY food - it's often not even an option for things like cacao powder, which seems like a no-brainer. 2) Not having easy access to your common foods is extremely frustrating as most people using this device are eating the same foods repeatedly. When you try to search for your food, it's nearly impossible to find the specific food you want, even if you've manually entered it or eaten that food every day for a month. I've used plenty of other apps that offer a "my foods" and even a "my meals" section to make this much easier. 3) A wider food selection would be helpful too, though I wouldn't mind logging the ingredients and nutritional info myself if it was super simple to find your entries later (like I said, it's nearly impossible!!!). 4) It would also be super helpful if the program would collate a list of foods that the testing has shown you to have issues with but this is less crucial than the things listed above. It's just a bit frustrating to have to search through your meals to try and figure out what part of your meal was actually triggering you - I kind of thought the app would do this for you. I'm still glad I purchased the Marble Food Aire device, and I am gaining insight, but it would be a much more useful device if these issues were addressed.

Not user friendly so what’s the point

User interface on all levels is incredibly disappointing. Their marketing team is great. Had high hopes and feels like a waste of time and money and plastic. Its so annoying that I can’t put in food and what’s in it. If it’s not in the database, it won’t allow you to put in the nutritional info. Also WHY NOT make super clear which end to breathe into, design wise?

Buggy and poor performance

Lilikoigems on

The reminders are buggy. I no longer take certain medications but I can’t remove the reminders for them. When I go to remove them, it takes me to the screen to log them instead. I also get random reminders to take a breath test after meals even though I have that setting turned off. Very annoying. Logging meals is also dreadful because of how painfully slow the search is. The predictions are not smart.

Scientific evidence of the bloat

I’m excited to have the Food Marble to measure my hydrogen and methane in my gut after I eat for hours. It tells me how much of the FODMAPs are in my meals. And the app guided me through the intolerance test packets I purchased. Plus there’s a mode to custom test foods. So useful. The app is a bit clunky when it comes to recording food. Maybe with time we’ll be able to upload a recipe from the internet and divide it by servings. As it is I am making recipes and dividing out the grams per ingredient in one serving. It’s a lot of work. But if I make a recipe they have in the app it will easily record. Overall I am very grateful for this product and helpful app. I hope it continues to improve on the great work they have already done.
