Terrible service (support)
I have been waiting for a response from support for over a week, although they claim to respond in 24 hours. I spent 480 crowns on food which turned out to be terrible. Here's the thing: This & That was offering free mac and cheese on orders over 400 crowns. I was not brought the promised macaroni and cheese, I specifically spent money on it. I wrote to support and they responded for a very long time. they answered that they did not see macaroni and cheese in the order, of course, this is a promotion as a gift. Why did I wait so long for an answer? I wouldn't be writing this review and wasting valuable time if you would have responded quickly and refunded it.
