Awful client treatment

You cannot even start using the app. Location cannot be confirmed. Clicking buttons make no difference. Uninstalled without even making the order

Я сделал заказ , ждал 3 часа и курьер украл мой заказ

Провел оплату заказа онлайн, было написано ждать час, спустя полтора часа курьер набрал и сказал выходить, я вышел пол часа стоял звонил ему он не брал трубку, а потом написал что у него нет на меня времени, итог деньги списало, еду я так и не увидел и в приложении числится как доставленое, поддержка мне не отвечает , никому категорически не рекомендую это приложение

Vzali peníze a nedali rozkaz!

Zaplatil jsem za svou objednávku pomocí Apple Pay! Telefon nefungoval, ale potkal jsem kurýra a ten mi odmítl dát objednávku, protože se nemohl dostat. Prý udělat nový. Když jsem psal na technickou podporu, řekli, že peníze nevrátí. Byl jsem připraven zaplatit za dodávku znovu, odmítli. Peníze byly vráceny. NEPLATÍTE JI KARTOU! POUZE HOTOVOST! Jinak neuvidíte žádné peníze ani objednávku

I am waiting for hours… twice. The order just did not come. Twice!!!! In different days! There is a war in Ukraine, but the delivery is better there than in C. Republic. I am disappointed. The money is lost. The money did not reach me…..

If you ordered and chose the "cash" payment option, you can safely not pick up your order and immediately place another order. At the same time, the courier will wait for you until the last moment. If you paid "online" and for some reason you could not receive the call, be prepared that the courier will leave as soon as possible, and you will not be able to get your money back. There is no chat with the courier. When the courier arrives to you, the application says "the courier will be there in less than 5 minutes", the next message you will receive if you cannot pick up the order will be "your order has been cancelled"
