Foodora’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience in my life. They don’t value their customers. I was literally told to starve when I contacted the customer service and when asked further just the same response every time “sorry, I cannot help”. It’s the responsibility of the company to make sure that I get my food and if I’m not able to get that then why should I use the service.
Why even have them in the first place?
No login button and asking to logout and login
App is not working in IOS. Trying to login and its says something went wrong.
They have simply removed customer support option. If the order is late or not delivered, there is no one you can talk to. Restaurants do not honour the delivery time shown and foodora takes no responsibility for fake delivery timings
Didn’t find discounts as promised and forced to pay a premium
Foodora team, your customer service is the worst, your delivery service is the worst. I am waiting for my food from last 2 hours. Your app is showing 1 min from last half n hour, your customer service is not replying and on asking directly from the restaurant, I am told that my order has not even been picked up. Last order from foodora and last review on foodora. Thank you for pathetic service.
Order gets after 30 minutes of placing the order. Appalled by customer care. Yeah it got cancelled deal with it. In understand orders get cancelled but after waiting for half an hour?
Budet leverte maten til feil leilighet i en annen oppgang. Jeg sto utenfor og så budet på vei tilbake til bilen. Ropte på jam og han sa han ikke er tjeneren min så hent maten din der oppe. Han viste meg fingeren og kjørte avgårde. Innen jeg bar fremme der han hadde satt fra seg maten, så var den borte. Kontaktet kundeservice men de kunne ikke hjelpe meg. Jeg fikk ikke mat og jeg fikk ikke penger tilbake.
Bestill mat fra Burger King 10 minutter fra huset mitt med foodora de kommer for sent det blir feil mat og levering i feil adressen. Aldri mer foodora fra hos meg. Svindel !!!!
